We have been staying at The Bevy in Boerne since they first opened as we have family in the area. On our last visit this past weekend we were AMAZED at how they have improved what was only an acceptable experience into something WOWie! Even before we arrived Nikki at the Front Desk was able to alter our reservation without changing our rate or room class (something the Hilton 800 staff was unable to do) in the cheeriest possible manner. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly y the Front Desk staff. Our suite (one of only a handful there) was roomy and the housekeeping staff was friendly, efficient and thorough arriving each day at about the same time which made it easy to plan when we should be heading out. The pool was lots of fun and is on the opposite side of the happening bar (with fun patrons, live music and a great bartender who remembered my room number and drink after just one visit). We ate in the hotel several times and the food was truly delicious with all plates arriving at the same time nice and hot. Each server we had was friendly and patient. Also, there is a selection of drinks (including beer, wine and mimosa fixings) adjacent to the Front Desk for purchase which is so handy! Everyone we ran into during our three days there was very friendly and seemed to be enjoying staying at, visiting or working at the hotel. The Assistant General Manager Victor offered to help me with my bags as we were leaving on the final day of our visit and told me they had made a huge effort to assemble all of the right people and the right things to make staying at or visiting The Bevy terrific and it shows!!! It is really a destination now…. P. S. My grandson thought he left his sunglasses at the pool *he didn’t) and I even got an e-mail after our visit from Azucena, the Front Desk Manager, telling me they would be in the lookout for them and would ship them back if they found them. I have NEVER had that happen before in all our travels! Kudos to everyone at The Bevy….we love you!

Stayed at The Bevy Hotel in Boerne, Texas to visit wineries in the Hill Country and for my son's wedding. Boerne is a beautiful town and reasonably close to Hill Country wineries in Fredericksburg plus local area golf courses including Tapatio Springs. I would rate the entire hotel experience as 10+ (outstanding). First of all the hotel is beautiful. All staff including front desk, management (Bruce), bar, restaurant, coffee shop, cleaning service and maintenance (Daniel) were so friendly and helpful. The Bevy is the only hotel in Boerne with full service restaurant. The hotel has a beautiful lobby bar. Pool area was beautiful with outside fireplace. Plenty of onsite parking and parking is ”free”. The beds were so comfortable. Bathroom and shower worked perfectly with plenty of room. The hotel management were so friendly and helpful to my wife when she decided to use the hotel for wedding party and friends. Hands down the best Hilton hotel I have ever stayed at in regard to overall satisfaction and experience. If you are visiting the Boerne area or visiting Fredericksburg to visit the wineries, would highly recommend The Bevy. We will definitely be back!
