Unrivalled exemplary service We are floating away after two days in the K-Club. I have never experienced the level of service on offer, it made for the most relaxing stay I have ever experienced. The staff are so professional and attentive. Great value for money for the service, food, accommodation, leisure facilities etc. I couldn't recommend enough

It is a lovely hotel. However the service was lacking slightly for a 5 star hotel. For example, they were aware the tv was broken in most rooms, but there did not seem to be an impetus to fix them. The door to our bedroom was not working properly and there were smaller cosmetic issues most particularly noticed in the gym. It was a lovely stay, but there definitely is room for improvement.

Convenient location, about 40 minutes drive from Dublin city center. The hotel is clean and comfortable, Check in is very fast and the service is good. The swimming pool and sauna facilities are perfect. Enjoyed a delicious and rich breakfast. Definitely come again next time.

The perfect family hotel. Great kiddies club for the little ones with a kiddies cinema later on in the evening. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and professional. The restaurant is fine dining quality. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a family pool and also an adults only pool. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi available in both. Great hotel for a family break.

We stayed for a few nights in summer. The service was very good. The food was very good . The underground parking was very good.

Beautiful place to stay. Fabulous grounds, lovely walks. Wonderful food, interesting veggie options. Fab breakfast. Fantastic staff. I will be back.

Avoid this Hotel because there are renovations going on!!!!! It would have been nice to have been told over the phone that there were renovations going on. I would not have booked otherwise. Being charged premium rates for a room but only receiving a mediocre stay. The bar/restaurant is getting renovated so we were told that the restaurant was open if we wanted food & drinks. We ordered drinks as we weren't hungry enough for dinner at that time. We mentioned this to one of your staff members who then pointed to the seats close to the reception area. So basically we couldn't sit in the restaurant with our drinks. The only drink on tap was Guinness & there was a minimal selection of bottled beers so we had no choice but to order drinks we wouldn't usually drink. We then ordered a takeaway & ate our dinner in our room. This night away was a surprise for my husband who works in the hospital close by. Myself & our son travelled up from a different county to surprise him. When we were checking out, I mentioned everything to one of your male staff members who wrote them down. I also emailed the manager myself but have gotten no reply which lead me to putting up a public complaint which I never do .......

This is my second visit to the courtyard and probably my last. We were a party of eight visitors over for a bit of Dublin hospitality and a trip to laytown races. We knew it was 25 minutes from Dublin but the bus service is excellent so no problems there. To be quite honest everything was hit and miss. On the first day we decided to stay in the bar and eat whilst awaiting a call that our rooms are ready we were early but reception said that they would let us know. ( no return. Barmaid ( blonde) was very good. We had a couple of food platters that were ok. We were all good drinkers so we spent plenty. Freshened up over the road to eat and then returned. From then on the service in the bar was diabolical. 8 drinks took 45 minutes. ”Sorry no Sauvignon blanc”. ”How much is a bottle of wine” €40. ”One Drambuie please”. ”Sorry we haven't got that” ”you have it's right behind you”. Meanwhile we have found a list with wine for €26,€29 and €35. We ordered some house wine. It came 20 minutes later. SAUVIGNON BLANC. I could go on but I've lost the will to live. In total we had spent approx £2500 on accommodation and drinks. To be fair the manager was apologetic and did give us a small refund. On leaving breakfasts were put on the wrong bills and they charged extra for tea and coffees when you can have tea and coffee in your room for free. Reception didn't really want to know our observations and the card machine didn't work. Been here before and it was great. Perhaps a mixed bunch of staff but probably won't return
