This is the second time we've stayed in one of these apartments. They are spacious and well equipped. If you like being right in amongst the Surfers Paradise atmosphere this is the place to stay. They are well priced for the luxury. A few points: There are only two keys. This worked out fine for our group of eight but did take a little coordinating. The lifts are busy especially around 10am checkout time. Leave with 10 minutes to spare in case of congestion. The apartments are kitted out with essential consumables which is great. Some spray and wipe and toilet cleaner would've been appreciated for our week long stay. We all highly recommend these apartments - close to everything with awesome views up and down the coast.

Stayed there 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment facing surfers paradise. Booked it on line expecting grandkids to stay with us. No such luck. We picked up the key at their lock bov. It was quite difficult to find the assigned parking spot. But we were tired after the cruise to Sydney &standby travel to Brisbane plus driving from BNE.

Unit 10A family of four, two adults, two teenagers, 5 nights. A beautiful stay! The view was gorgeous from both balconies! The apartment spacious and the facilities (2x pools/tennis court/ sauna / spa were perfect after a long day exploring. Check in was warm and welcoming and the secure car parking great. Some items in the apartment were looking old like the curtains, but didn’t impact the stay. Furnishings were lovely and beachy and the beds comfortable. Living area and main bedroom has aircon, all spaces have ceiling fans. Washer and drier was useful for the longer stay. Would absolutely stay again. Accessibility: the unit is not wheelchair accessible, but isn’t advertised as such. The shower both have larger lips to step over as do the balcony doors. The two pools and spa have handrails into them which was a great support.
From the minute we walked in we knew this was going to be a great place to stay. David from reception was brilliant, very very helpful & we appreciated his help. The apartment was lovely, very clean & well thought out, everything you would except & more. So happy to spend our time here. A short walk to the beach & walking track. Great restaurants on Tedder Ave are a bonus. Construction going on in the aera but that's life. Will be back for sure.

Excellent service, food. The pool was great, too. Excellent breakfast buffet. The seafood buffet was overpriced compared to the food options they had, but otherwise a very comfortable and happy stay in the hotel.

The floor height is very low and the hotel is very old. I don’t understand that the villa shown above is actually a junior suite. The sunset swimming pool is closed and very small. It’s just so-so.

Most mornings I walk past the Langham Broadbeach gold coast, with my dogs and often comment, that I should stay there and see what it is like. So I bit the bullet and booked a room. And a reservation at Tang Court for lunch. From the moment we stepped out of the car, it was a superb atmosphere, and dripping with friendly service. Check-in was a breeze and we were given a full run down of the hotel. That was the only moment of regret, I didn't pack my swimsuit so couldn't get in the magnesium pool.....but I will go back for sure. Up to our to the room and it had the biggest bath, so bugger the magnesium pool. stopped by the lobby bar for a pre-lunch drink and service was quick and accurate. Then on to level 3, where we are greeted as though we are long lost friends and taken to our table. The food at Tang Court was next level and I even got a doggy bag.......so much food. Not cheap, but worth every cent and the experience. After our very long lunch it was back to the room to drop off the doggy bag and to explore the rest of the hotel. I took my glass of bubbles with me quite expecting to be told to leave it behind, but no, everyone just smiled warmly and I am sure had there been an open bottle somewhere they would have topped me up. As we are locals, I invited family down to check out the lodgings and was met with the appropriate ”ooo and aahhh!!!”. Back to the lobby bar and timed it perfectly to view the fireworks on the beach at Surfers. The bed was super comfy, great pillows and the curtains closed, made a princess sleeping paradise. Next morning it was a toss up to go to the café or the buffet breakfast. Glad we chose the buffet, $59 each and all you can eat. I definitely ate my $$$ worth. Checkout came too soon at 11am, but it was nice to have the extra hour and not the traditional 10am check-out. On checkout we of course were asked, did we have far to go home? not far I said.......about 900 metres. very pleased with our STAYCATION...........thankyou Langham, ill blow you a warm kiss as I walk past this week.

This hotel was gorgeous from start to finish. On checkin there was an issue which I realised was entirely my fault, booking the wrong nights, but the staff fixed this. The common areas on the ground floor are beautiful and there is a lovely (but not overpowering) scent. My room was lovely and I had a great view. The coffee machine was excellent. All room amenities were good. The only thing I didn't like was that the wardrobe is open and in the bathroom. I had a drink on my own in the Palm Court and felt very comfortable. Room service was very good quality. The location on the beach is perfect. The pool looked lovely. I look forward to returning, it is one of the loveliest hotels I've ever stayed in.

My husband and I went to Queensland to visit the theme parks. It was the perfect location to get around, find food and things to do after 5. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. Beach was only up the road

The room and views were amazing. Property very clean, spacious and overall lovely property. The only problem was a howling wind that rattled the sliding door that kept us awake all night. We put a pillow up against the glass door, we opened the glass door slightly, but nothing stopped the noise. We advised on check out and we were told ”sorry” that's it. No offer of a $50 discount- nothing. $1000 for 2 nights accommodation with one night without sleep....

The service desk took a long time to answer to your request. The bedsheet and pillow case was not changed during the room service. It was dirty (same as the previous day). They just made it neat.

Was staying for my brother’s wedding which was in the ballroom. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was amazing, the view, the furniture and the cleanliness was all top quality. I’ll definitely come back to stay here again so I can experience it outside the craziness of the wedding.

We stayed at the JW Marriott in June 2022 for a family vacation. Cons: The first night I woke every hour from the bed as it was extremely uncomfortable and hurt my back. I could feel the springs and woke up in pain. The next day they put a mattress topper on it which made it bearable but still the worst bed i have slept in in a hotel. I stripped the bed one night as my son had an accident and was disgusted to find the mattress looked old, dirty and sunken in. It really let down the whole room (which was otherwise gorgeous). I had ordered loose balloons for my Mother in laws birthday for her room upon arrival. These were just dumped in the room in a bunch and not actually untied losing the effect and making it a waste of money. Pros: The pool area is amazing, the cocktails are great and the whirl pool is warm enough to swim in even in winter! The pool with the fish was slightly cooler but I am told still heated. There are waiters that will bring your drinks to you and take your order. The sandy area is great for toddlers. Food & Drink at Chapter & Verse is amazing and the service was great. Misono is well worth a visit and was our highlight! Buffett breakfast has everything you could want however I have stayed at another Marriott hotel that allowed you to order your eggs to order. This would be a welcome addition here. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Robert, Georgia and Johnathan. We had connecting rooms which was awesome but the door does open outwards and take up a lot of room in the small hallway. If you are not a member of Bonvoy it is well worth joining up at the beginning of your trip. Overall it is a beautiful hotel and we would return, however the bedding situation really let it down and needs to be upgraded.

Peppers's apartments have always been my target (actually under Accor). I have only experienced them once in New Zealand's Lake Tekapo in all these years, and I have never forgotten them. The interior of Peppers this time is still the same as my impression many years ago, and I was not disappointed. Location: It is right on the beachfront of Surfers Paradise, close to the beach, five minutes walk to the light rail, and three minutes to the nearest WWS supermarket; WWS in the circle is also five or six minutes away, and there is also a Coles within ten minutes' walk; downstairs is the commercial center, with all kinds of food and drinks; next to it is the Hilton / Ochard where I stayed last time Facilities: The kitchen facilities are relatively complete and new, very easy to use, with a full set of stoves, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, and other equipment, including washing machines and dryers (see the pictures); just for this kitchen, I plan to cook in the house every day these days. The various semi-finished products in the supermarket are very convenient. I go out to buy them every day and bring them upstairs to cook directly. My teammates said that the scenery of the sea view restaurant outside is not as good as the first-line sea view without obstruction in our room. Room: I booked a one-bedroom apartment, about 120mm, but it is actually a three-bedroom apartment with the other two locked up. The balcony is very large, with a large dining table on the balcony, facing east, suitable for watching the sunrise in the morning, and hiding from the sun and watching the sea on the balcony in the afternoon; the master bedroom has a 1.8-bedroom bed (I asked about this and it cannot be separated into twin beds), the bathroom design is relatively reasonable, with a large walk-in closet, and relatively separated from the bedroom. The large window in the bathroom allows you to soak in the spa and watch the sea view; the living room and the master bedroom are also relatively independent, and you can move around independently in the living room with the door closed; open sea view kitchen Service: Serviced apartment with lobby, daily cleaning service available, public indoor and outdoor swimming pools, rooftop garden, barbecue facilities, gym, restaurant and other public facilities
