We recently spent an overnight stay at ”HOTEL BETHL EHEM” to celebrate our ”60th Wedding Anniversary”. It was the most fasinating & awesome place we have ever stayed at. We have owned a time share for 20 years & have probably stayed at as many as 50 different resorts & to us they were all wonderful. But this experience was just over whelming. Our room was outstandingly beautiful, perfectly clean & more lovely then we could even try to describe. The staff was the best, we ate at the hotel in there terrace room & that was as beautiful as anyplace I have ever seen. The food was top notch & there breakfast in their tap room was above all... totally delicious. My only wish is that I would have stayed here before. We only live 45 minutes from here & this was our first visit. Above all....you must give it a try. Karl & Donna Stauffer

I reserved the hotel online and when I got there to check in there were a ton of extra fees, totaling almost $80 more than what I was quoted. Parking is extra for each day. You park in a garage across the street and they validate the ticket but tell you to try and only validate one ticket per day. The tv was old and wouldn’t connect to the internet and had limited cable channels. I thought the lights in the bathroom was broken but it just took five seconds to turn on each time. Overall I left feeling like I had been scammed due to all the extra fees.

Very nice hotel had a great board meeting. Attend dinner meetings in the conference rooms. The food was great. Service was a little strange a male server called Enrique asked if I would give him $300.00 for a sick relative, I of course said no, and thought it was very strange. He then went into some strange rant about not trusting him.

Typical middle of the road hotel with a major difference - extremely clean! Stayed on 3rd floor. Everything smelled brand new. Bed was a little on the soft side - not great for this old back. Lol Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but good. Had a little excitement when leaving - a generator blew up. Loud bang then no electricity. Luckily, no issues but loss of power. Management evacuated the building prior to calling the fire department so we had time to leave with our luggage. Great location if going to the Steel Stacks. Getting to downtown Bethlehem wasn't difficult, even during busy season. *”disco lights” in previous review - yes, the lights will go out after a certain period of time with no movement, but it wasn't extreme.

A short American breakfast is available at the University of Lehigh.

Good first: Check in and parking was very good, room was nice and clean. Common areas were very nice and clean. Staff I met were all very nice. Overall more positives than negatives. Bad: Breakfast was so-so. Eggs were overcooked and dry, juice machine only had water available. A bottle of cranberry juice and a flask of milk in the fridge. This hotel is located right next to busy route 78. The HVAC unit in the room does not give the option of running the fan all the time for a sound blocker, so there is highway noise on that side of the hotel (where I was located). If noise bothers you make sure you have a room on the front of the building.

Room was filthy. Mattress and mattress pad were both TERRIBLY stained. Crud in all the coroners, garbage behind headboard, shower was stained. No sheets for pull out couch. Temperature could not be regulated. We froze all night even though the thermostat was set to 73. Poor quality breakfast offerings. This was definitely not the quality you would expect from a Hilton brand hotel. Would not recommend.
