We just returned from a wonderful anniversary weekend at this gem of an inn and couldn't have asked for anything more. Beautifully decorated, cozy & comfortable, with the best breakfast ever and attention to the smallest details. We can't wait to go back.

We absolutely loved our stay at A Little Inn! It was cozy, centrally located on the cape and had beautiful views of the bay. Phoebe and John were amazing hosts and made us feel welcome right away. They served amazing breakfasts every day and hosted wine and cheese each night as well! There are no TVs anywhere on the property but we really did not miss them at all. There is a cranberry field right next door and we were given a tour by the owner and were able to pick some berries to take home! We are already planning our return visit!

This is the kind of place that you want to tell everyone about, but at the same time want to keep it a closely guarded secret as it is so very, very special. A stunning location, beautiful rooms, amazing hosts - John and Phoebe, and of course Eloise 🐶 Al fresco breakfasts in the sunshine and a daily cheese and wine social, giving you a great opportunity to meet other guests. Fabulous boat trip around the bay seeing seals, dolphins and lighthouses . I can honestly say this is one of the most loveliest places I have ever stayed in and I hope to be returning very soon.

If the scoring could have been higher then we would have rated it 25 out of 5. The minute we arrived, we were enthusiastically greeted by Eloise (John & Phoebe’s dog) . We were then welcomed, by John and Phoebe, into their home, for our stay. Their exquisite home, hospitality, and charm quickly won us over, turning our 3 night stay into 5 as we didn’t want to leave. Everything was thought of to make our stay memorable, ensuring us wanting to return in the future. Their attentive staff were on hand at breakfast, many options were available and were freshly prepared daily. We were fortunate to be able to dine outside for breakfast enjoying the uninterrupted views of Pleasant Bay. One of the highlights of our stay was the boat trip exploring Pleasant Bay and surrounding areas, Visiting the seals and learning about the Capes history. This is available to all guests (weather permitting) and John takes great pride in sharing his knowledge and expertise. Nothing is too much trouble for Phoebe and John, They will join you in the evening for cheese and wine , allowing a unique chance to socialise in their beautiful lounge area. The rooms are all individually named and decorated , extremely luxurious and accommodating . The entire house has a relaxing ambiance, and is tastefully decorated with local art work. The property has various artefacts of interest relating to the history of the local areas and the Cape. Set within extensive landscaped traditional floral gardens reaching down to the dock as well as stretching out behind the house. We were invited to walk around the grounds at our leisure or just relax on the loungers scattered tastefully onto the tiered lawns.

Amazing place - the owners are wonderful and go above and beyond. For example, the owner gave a boat ride after a wonderful breakfast in Pleasant Bay and the coastline of Cape Cod. Excellent service, wonderful place to stay. 5 Star! You should definitely stay here if visiting the area.
