Buyer/Renter Beware! The management company is skimping on all necessary repairs after all the majore hurricane damager. Their only goal is heads in beds. Those very beds, and every piece of furniture on site, are being purchased from salvage of other properties. Feel free to DM me for more information. There are numerous timeshares and rentals on Daytona Beach. Spend your money wisely.

Property needs to be updated. Management unfriendly. Just disappointed with RCI on about this property. I was told that I would have to pay for any linens and towels if they have spots on them. They were thin and dingy to begin with so not sure how they could tell who did what. We made the best of it but this property is not at all like other Bluegreen exchanges that I have done in the past.

I highly highly recommend club sea oats. Upon our arrival we had an issue with our AC. The next day I spoke to Ms. Debbie and she was sooooo sweet and very accommodating! They really took care of us! The rooms were just perfect and it was all what we needed. It was right on top of the beach and close to grocery stores if we needed anything. It was a very peaceful stay and we will definitely be booking with club sea oats from now on!! My fiancé and I found our vacation spot and place to stay!!!! Thank you Ms. Debbie for your kindness and accommodating us!!!
