I had a trip from hell. Between a "missed" flight from belfast to glasglow to a new flight being delayed 2 hours to the car company wanting an additional 430 pounds to the car tyre popping on us on the m8. To getting to checkin at hotel to be told 4 people can't share a twin room (2 adults 2 kids. Aged 5 with asd and aged2. ) So we were left stranded in clydebank with no money or car or place to stay. Two girls in reception were as emotional as I was as they couldn't allow it due to fire and safety which I understand. Besides this they went above and beyond for us. Knowing our kids have been in on travels from 7am they got them food, and supplied us with a taxi fare to get to a different hotel. They also searched the whole area for a cheap hotel for us for the night so we could just book a flight home instead of staying to Monday as this trip cost us an additional 1800 than it already did. So the biggest thank you to Erin & kayleigh from the titan hotel for your service and warm heart. We cannot thank you enough for everything you done for us on Thursday night Love the Burgess family x

Was in the restaurant tonight (6.7.24) and 2 of the staff were rude and 100% out of order with the way they spoke to our party and also the party at the next table. One female in particular was so very rude the way she spoke to people, actually demanded 2 grown adults handed over their vapes (seriously put her hand out as if they were children) even though one of them was vaping outside & not inside the restaurant, she was so disrespectful to one of the people at our party that they left and at that point she went over to a barman & they had a laugh and a joke at the situation. Manners and customer service were defo 100% not on the menu tonight!!!!!!

I came here for a weekend stay on an emotional weekend for myself and I'll definitely come back . The staff are hardworking and friendly and I can't fault them in anyway . Food great and a good choice of drinks at the bar . Thanks again to all the staff for a great weekend.

We booked 2 of the single rooms as we are friends travelling from Norfolk to the Isle of Skye and just wanted a break. We were checked in by a very friendly man who said he had only been there a few months (apologies as I do not remember his name) The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. The restaurant offered very affordable meals and the staff member who checked us in got us a table for our evening meal and also breakfast. Positives - very friendly welcoming staff, fantastic value for money, comfortable bed, good parking, nice and clean Negatives - doors in the corridor do bang quite loud but this did not go on all night and I slept well.

Thought I would try this pub with my Autistic daughter and her support worker for some lunch on Friday 29th. Pub was quite noisy due to it being the holiday weekend and children being present. We were looking around for as much of a quiet spot as possible due to my daughter's sensory problems and I spotted a table that would have been suitable for her. As I attempted to approach the table, we were approached by a member of staff, who I now know to be Jack, and asked if we had a booking. I said no we hadn't and I asked if we needed one to which he replied no. I pointed to the table I was heading for and he stopped us from using it . He said he was keeping it "incase 4 or 5 people came in" and tried to direct us to another part of the pub. I said those seats weren't suitable and attempted to explain why. He wasn't listening and rather aburptly said we could sit at another table that was further up the pub, and right under a speaker, and walked away. Had he taken just a few minutes to listen, we would have explained why we were trying to find a fairly quiet spot to sit in. It should have been evident to him that one of us had a disability. My daughter is an adult who was clearly being supported by 2 other adults and was wearing ear defenders. We decided we would not eat here now and only stayed for a drink in order not to cause any upset or confusion to my daughter by turning round and leaving immediately. The service towards a customer with a disability was poor and we will not be back.
