The Worst hosting company in my life is Vortex Suites KLCC. Completely disillusioned. I booked a room through Booking.com for a price and when I got there the prince was twice as much. I had to stay because I had no option or where to go at 11:00 pm. They have a lying AD that says: ”possible fees can be charged” I called them and they said that these fees are from the government, so I found on google that the value of government fees is 10 RM per night, in fact on the other hotel I stayed in, was this amount, but to my surprise they charged me a fee of 96 RM I asked them to pass me the detailed fees to understand why they were charging me twice the price what was written on Booking but they didn't know what to say. Another surprise was the next day I received an email from booking asking if I stayed or not because it appeared as canceled for them. In other words, they cheated me, and they cheated booking for not pay the commission. In addition, the cleaning was terrible, there was semen in the bed linen and long hair, I could see that it was not changed, I had to put my towel on top so I could sleep without touching the semen. internet didn't work which was terrible because i needed a place to go the next day and i couldn't use it, i had to go to a nearby cafe to be able to book something else. Be careful with the photos, they don't show what the apartments really are. The apartments are deteriorated and pictures are super old, a proof of this is the photo of the swimming pool, which shows the Petronas Twin Towers behind but in fact there are no Petronas, a building was built many years ago that totally blocks the view of the towers, you will never see the towers from there. Don't lose your money, it may seem like a good price / quality option but it is nothing like what you see in the photos and you will be charged twice.

We recently stayed in a three-bedroom apartment booked through Trip.com. While the overall experience was mixed, there were some notable positives and negatives. Pros: - Affordability: The apartment was very affordable, making it a budget-friendly option for families with kids. - Convenience:The location was convenient, offering easy access to key attractions and amenities. Cons: -View Discrepancy: We were expecting a full KLCC view from the master bedroom, including both towers. Unfortunately, we could only see one tower, which was a bit disappointing. - Room Issues: The rooms were generally good, but the bed in the master bedroom was broken, leading to an uncomfortable sleep. Additionally, the noise levels were quite high, which disturbed our rest. - Amenities: The water filter with hot and cold options worked only on the first day. From the second day onwards, it stopped functioning, which was inconvenient. - **Lift Wait Time**: The waiting time for the lift was terrible, adding unnecessary delays to our plans. Overall, the apartment offers good value for money and is a convenient choice for families. However, the issues with the bed, noise, water filter, and lift could use some improvement.

Overall my stay in this apartment had fulfilled my minimum expectation, in terms of location & facilities, I’m quite happy with it. In term of service I’m disappointed. I waited for more than an hr to check into my room. The person in charge collected 200 RM deposit on my first day of my stay, but yet to get the refund till now. I hope the person in charge will do the refund soon.

We arrived at reception with a room booked months before. We had booked on Agoda. Star Residences Art Apartment KL, owner Alexander Polyakov, 5 nights. At the reception which is not a real reception but a station for the security guards, they tell us that we have to call the host. We send him a message on whatsapp and he doesn't respond even after viewing it. He also ends calls. Thanks to the kindness of the guard at the reception who lent us his phone, we immediately contacted Agoda. The host doesn't seem to be responding to them either. Moral cancellation of reservation. The option offers refund or other accommodation. We ask to find us another accommodation. In the meantime, time passes and it is getting dark. Do not book with this host, he is not serious at all. While waiting, I open the booking app and find a room in a residence that on the map seems very close to where we were. I pay in cash and I book. Residence klcc which fortunately are apartments in the usual building of the first. So there's no need to move. Fingers crossed in the hope that the host responds this time. He responded, came immediately and saved the day for us. Since it was 5pm on the same day, the price was really discounted. Agoda refunded us immediately. Apartment, nice, spacious, clean. Mitiu (I don't know if his name is spelled like that) was very helpful, he even got us a pot to cook pasta. The Petronas in sight, panoramic swimming pool on the attic, central area. I recommend this residence but please do not book apartments owned by Alexander in residence star one because you risk sleeping on the street. Opt for klcc residences and possibly with Mitiu which is a guarantee.

I booked very last minute as some other travel plans had fallen through. Communication was very good through WhatsApp as far as the check-in process since this is a serviced apartment. I had a few problems checking in only because I had not received a room number which the guard stand and security desk needed to allow check in. This was due to my last minute booking and also I did not follow through on the prompts on WhatsApp. Once that was all complete it was easy to get a key and get into the apartment. There is a 30myr tourist tax fee and a 200myr refundable deposit, so it is beneficial to have that ready upon check-in. The apartment was very nice, large for just one person. Everything worked well. The kitchen had adequate utensils, cookware, and dishware for light cooking. I had a wonderful room on the 22nd floor with an amazing view of the Menara Tower. It was also a corner room with a little bonus side room all lined with windows. I really enjoyed the space and the view! The gym isn't huge but well equiped. The pool was very nice as well and the views from both were great. The Menara Tower is visible from the pool area as well and a good place to watch the nightly light effects. You can see one tower of the Petronas towers through the gap in a neighboring apartment building. Easily walkable to the Petronas Towers, Menara towers, and train stations. Had a great stay!

The location is geographically excellent, couple of minutes walk to major shopping malls, and the places we wanted to go. Service wise is good from the crews that facilitate our check in status. Apartment wise, have a nice view. A great place to stay for friends and family. The carpark is not a big car friendly, be mindful if you plan to drive a big SUV or MPVs. However, the stay did come with noticeable caveats. 1. There was no towels ready upon arrival per advertised, had to call in the crew to facilitate the delivery. We had to wait until 11pm for the crew to deliver them. 2. Refrigerator is not function properly, drinks placed inside for couple of hours still not chilled. 3. Shower room ceiling have water leaking, 4. Upon arriving at the apartment, there are roaches hiding in the corners. Not good for those with the roaches phobia. 5. Facilities is still undergoing renovation, not able to enjoy the pool and gym. Lastly, property owner claimed that the stay offer in the Trip.com platform was platform insider sale, so the booking that we did is not valid. She didn't even want to admit and rectify the mistake for throughout 3 months after the payment done till a day before our actual trip. She said the stay during the period can go as high as RM2400 typically for 3 nights stay due to demand or sorts, basically I had to fork up additional RM500 plus 1 complimentary carpark after heavy negotiation. With the apartment basic amenities and cleanliness vs the additional fee amount to stay, this weighs in more towards the watchlist to no-no stay in the apartment, until the issue resolved.

The view from the room is very good, on the 35th floor, you can see the Petronas Twin Towers. After arriving, I called the staff to pick me up. The facilities are a bit old, and the bathroom is not so clean.

This time the family trip specially chose hotel-style apartments. The three bedrooms and two halls are very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, forks, spoons, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, electric irons, and you can cook by yourself. This is the first choice for family trips. The location is also ok. In the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center area, take the pedestrian bridge to Babylon Square and the Petronas Twin Towers in about 15-20 minutes. There is a swimming pool, gym, laundry room and canteen on the third floor of the apartment, which is cost-effective.

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

Terrible stay, dissappointed services and not well maintained facilities! Staff being unreasonable. Scam us and lied to us regards to our room. 1. Call the host (Israfil) that we have reached, he said he will come down, waited for 20mins and still not here. Only to called him again and he said he's at the lobby. And he has been standing all the while with no initiative to call us and talking to his friend. Went there and asked if he is the host. Yes, indeed he is. 2. Reached outside our hotel room and saw a hanging key and quietly went inside to our great surprise there were 3 housekeepers seating and chit-chatting at the sofa. They looked super shocked and asked again if this is my room. Get up and they turned on the aircon, with the sofa cover not covered properly and in a mess , floor carpet with crumbs?. And they looked ard maybe a last check? Terribleeeeee!!! 3. We booked for 2 three bedroom suites. Checked in and my cousin received a room with a glass door with no privacy. She is pregnant and staying with her parents and one of our other relative. She called in to have a room change. Was informed they have only 3 three bedroom suites and 1 room left which is my cousin. And mine was an upgraded 4 bedroom suite which Israfil didn't informed me it was? Googled and there's no 4 bedroom suites. Checked out, infront of my cousin asked him again if mine is an upgraded one, he said NO! Mine is 3 bedroom suite same as hers which is no. Mine has no glass door. We felt cheated. They twisted their words. 3. The whole apartment is a disaster! Laundry room toilet, the water spray is leaking. Room 1 has no lock! The room can't be closed properly with an open gap at the top corner. Beds and pillows looks stained and dirty! Master bedroom bathroom has no lock!! Maybe the lock is for show?? The bathtub is dirty have to keep washing it off for many times. Shower gel is empty. Total rundown! 4. Service is super slow!!! Asked for the spare key from checked in and was delayed till we went out and came back yet have to wait from 10pm to almost 12am after so many spam whatsapp to only received the key from a 'black face' staff (not the skin clr obviously, no racist game of course) 5. Forgotten about the rules that we cant place the rubbish outside the hotel room and forgotten to called the staff to pick up and throw, so no warning letter given for a first timer?. Straight 200rm penalty. Offered to pay but host can't issue an invoice due to holidays?. Maybe he meant weekends. After some arguments , debate here and there, finally he can issue a manual invoice. The whole experience with the services, staff and apartment makes the holidays bad!. Will never return here and no one should too. Hope the above management can have a proper background check of this company and why are they still operating. Not sure how are there so many bad reviews but there are still 5 stars reviews abovehead. Too many! Terrible stay, dissappointed services and not well maintai

It was great because it was a duplex, and it was even better because check-in and check-out were so simple... Plus, it was so spacious that even 7 family members could come over to play, and there were many beds and it was great. It was also nice that there was a night market, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. What's even better is that you can also do late checkout by paying a little more (postpaid), so it was perfect.
