From the outside, the hotel looks nice - almost like a resort, and the lobby is impressively ”artsy” looking. However, the room looks just TOO plain and ordinary - no artwork, no painting, no different colours - simply boring! It's as if most of the $ have been spent on the external looks and the beautiful rooftop, so there's not enough $ to decorate the rooms. The hotel also looks like it's still undergoing renovation, especially in the rooftop dining area. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Bathing area is small, and instead of a glass door, a cheap plastic shower screen is used - seriously? I also find not much thoughts have been given to the practicality of the design of the bathroom - the shower head faces the shower screen, thus splashing water all over the floor. Both bathroom and room are also dim. Language-wise, the staffs are not very proficient in English. The hotel is also situated very close to the Khon Kaen Lake, as well as walking distance to the famous temple - Wat Phra Mahathat. Food-wise, there are also some eateries and restaurants around, including a 7-Eleven. (Note: Dining at the rooftop is not expensive, so it's a good idea to enjoy the night view from the roof while dining too.) Room-wise, the room I had faced the afternoon sun, which makes it extra hot. Air-conditioning is also not very cold. Sadly, internet is spotty - most of the time slow, and one frequently loses connection.

I wasn't planning on staying in a hotel, but was just too tired to continue driving. I booked online minutes before showing up, and they were very helpful, as the booking was only just coming thru as I arrived! It is a great location, with a beautiful large pond within walking distance, the airport and downtown also a short drive just a short drive away! The Big-C is connected to the Hotel for anything you might need, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Next time I am in Khon Khaen, I will be staying here again!

A bit off the center (1,5-2 km), closer (15 minutes walk) to the city lake, so recommended if you either like to walk (the area is local but safe and nice, some budget hotels around but nearly zero foreigners), have a vehicle, or would like to take a Grab taxi every time. Rooms are basic, but large, clean, and more than OK considering the price. There's an elevator so going up won't be a problem even for older people. Small area to sit in front of the reception (but away from the main street as it's kind of ”inside” the building) is nice. Wi-Fi is good. The staff speaks very limited English, but probably it won't be a major problem if you've reached Khon Kaen at the first place. There's a nice Chinese temple across the road, Big C mini, 7 eleven and some local restaurants are not far away (5-7 minutes walk), for more options, head towards the lake. Overall, liked this place and would stay again if in Khon Kaen.

We booked here on our first trip to Khon Kaen looking for some affordable accommodation close to the Lake. The place is relatively new and set up for Business Travellers locally in Thailand we suspect. Nevertheless its clean with a great bathroom and comfy beds and aircon. The location is down a laneway close to the lake. Its not in the main part of the city but we are avid walkers so easily made the trip walking to local markets and restaurants. There are eating places close by and a good bar in the Sunset Bar within walking distance. The staff managed by Pepsi were very helpful and also rang the car rental company to come and do the paper work along with the car. There are a couple of things we would like to see added. Firstly they need a good local map showing resaturants and bars especially for us travelling foreigners! Secondly its set up as an apartment with a small kitchen both it doesn't have any appliances or cooking utensils which is very odd given its purpose. Thirdly given the location it would have been nice to have an area with a bar / lounge area to relax in at the end of the day. We are seeing this through our western eyes and locals might have other needs maybe. Overall we liked the accommodation would stay there next time visiting this part of Thailand.

Clean, very new room, no elevator, but good room, smells okay, downstairs there are instant noodles for sale, snacks and soda for sale, free hot water But the room I stayed in had a broken balcony door that didn't close properly. I'd like it to be fixed before someone else moves in But overall it's good. If you're walking alone, I wouldn't recommend it because the alley is dark and not very bright. But it's not very far away. If you take a motorcycle or car, it should be very convenient. There's someone guarding the dorm downstairs all night.

Anyone looking for an inexpensive accommodation, clean rooms, hot water, refrigerator, I recommend it here. Traveling is not difficult, new air conditioner, cool. secretly deducted 1 point, the toilet lid is not expensive, let's change it. Some, if it's broken, the price is not expensive, change it. P.S. Harley is very cool.

The room is clean and spacious. It is near 7-11, Bueng Kaen Nakhon and Wat Phra That Nong Waeng. We stayed for 3 people without any plans. We called to ask for an extra bed and the accommodation arranged it for us. If we come back to ask for another bed, we will definitely stay here again.

There are a lot of dust insects clinging to the walls in the bathroom. There were black water stains on the bathroom floor. In the refrigerator there were sugarcane stains. There was a woman's hair on the closet mirror. As for the service staff, they are good. And the location is good. Near convenience stores, restaurants

The room is spacious, the bed is double, does not like the bathroom. Looks very ordinary compared to the bedroom. Plus, where the shower is, the water will stagnate, not drain itself, the old air conditioner but cool and comfortable. Old towels but look clean. There is no water heater in the room. It is a hotel that is adjusted from a dormitory, making it cheap, TV is a digital TV, the sound is not good. Lose, including the picture I do not understand many hotels with balconies that can open the door. But like to put the air compressor below Makes it out to the balcony when the air conditioner is turned on and it's hot, so is this hotel Located 400 meters from KKU Tower in a small and dark alley. There is no convenience store nearby. Not suitable for people without their own car. Overall, it is ok enough to stay if there is no better option. This should be another option.
