Based just outside of Birmingham, Bikers World are at the centre of motorcycling in the Midlands, with an online store serving the rest of the UK. They first came to Visualsoft in 2022, looking to grow their online presence, and kick their paid search into gear. A target of 20% growth in year-on-year revenue was matched up with extra budget for PPC.
In late Q4, Bikers World were taken onto our CSS service, devising a CSS strategy to help push revenue growth towards new areas and help hit the overall year-on-year growth target. We started Bikers World off with a brand new Performance Max campaign targeting products with no conversions, in order to drive sales towards these products in a dedicated campaign. This brought exciting results very early on, so we then expanded with another Performance Max campaign, this time for products with no clicks. This meant we could specifically target products that weren’t getting as much airtime in the main campaigns, allowing us to diversify and find new top-performers for the business. Following this, we then created a campaign for products with a ROI under £3. This focused on improving performance of products which had converted previously in a cost-effective approach for the business.
