The Artisan Training Institute (ATI) had the honour of hosting the National Skills Competition 2024, supported by Kagiso Trust, Sasol Foundation, and TechUStaff. The event concluded on Friday, 27 September 2024, and highlighted a wide array of trades. During the award ceremony that evening, Mandisa Sowazi, the CEO of the Artisan Training Foundation (ATF), presented bursaries amounting to R300,000 to two outstanding learners. Blessing Lebaso from HTS Welkom secured first place in the Electronics trade, while Hayden Chander triumphed in the Power Systems trade. We extend our best wishes to these young talents as they continue their high school education and eagerly anticipate their return to ATI upon completion of their studies. We also extend our congratulations to all participants who have reached this significant milestone in the National Skills Competition. Sales and Recruitment Administrator  Head Office – Roodepoort Primary Purpose: To Provide Administrative and Operational Support to the Sales and Recruitment Teams. Reports to: Sales Manager Key Performance Indicators: Sales Support Lead Management follow up on all private learner leads in 24 hours. Responding to Request for quotation. Assist with scheduling of client visits. Prepare ATF and private learner reports on placements. Prepare a report for sales manager when required.   Learner Placements   Identify prospective employers and grow the host employer data base. Identify the regional footprint of host employers. Prepare curriculum vitae for learners, to send to host employers. Prepare learners for interviews. Liaise with Operations for on-the-job monitoring, and evaluation of the learners, quarterly. Obtain a weekly update schedule from enrolment to identify donor and private learners that need placement. Requirements Minimum qualification required for this position: Administration certificate and or Diploma.
