Barloworld Logistics is now Nebula Logistics Africa - a wholly-owned subsidiary within the Nebula Group. In September 2022, Nebula signed a sale of shares agreement with Barloworld for 100% of their shares in Barloworld Logistics Africa (Pty) Ltd. The Competition Commission of South Africa approved the transaction and the shares were transferred in March 2023. This acquisition was made on a long-term investment basis with sustainability and client value as core to the transaction.
