It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.” On Mandela Day, our team at Invictus Education Group had the privilege of brightening the day for the children at Makabongwe Pre-School. We prepared and delivered sandwiches, apples, juice, and chips, ensuring that children had a special mid-morning tea break. It is truly humbling to be able to donate and make a difference in the lives of these children, even if just for one day. Together, we’re making a positive impact in our community and creating moments of happiness for those who need it most.

Insights gained from 1,300 young professionals and HR managers, along with discussions with 20 key industry figures, underscore the sector's appeal and highlight effective strategies to attract and retain top talent.
