Alvin has played a vital role within our team, spearheading crucial projects, nurturing client relationships, contributing to our East Africa expansion, and championing our involvement in professional initiatives in South Africa, Kenya, and the UK. As we expand our services globally, we are pleased to announce strategic leadership changes to further elevate client service and engagement: - Bonolo Pelele, FASSA, will now lead our operations in South Africa and Mozambique, supported by our dedicated management team. - Alvin Ngugi will take the helm in steering our endeavors in East Africa, primarily focusing on Kenya and Tanzania. - Melosi Baloyi will maintain global leadership responsibilities while also taking on a more targeted role in the UK and the US in collaboration with Dial An Actuary Limited, our affiliated company. I'm excited to share that we had the inaugural Microinsurance Association of South Africa (MIASA) meeting today to welcome new members and elect the Board. MIASA will enable Microinsurance players to engage on industry wide issues and co-ordinate efforts. I'm excited that we've had massive support from most of the operational Microinsurance companies. I urge more Microinsurance companies to join this industry body. it's a privilege for us as Kedari Advisory to be a founding member of this important body. We look forward to contributing towards the growth of this industry!
