Yesterday was a Monday and the language spoken at *Legal Hub Academy* was the language of the Law of Contracts ✅ Tonight we dived deeper into the dialect of _Formalities v Validity_ of a contract. The general view is that the two concepts are quite different & separate but sometimes, to succeed, one might depend on the other. The law might prescribe certain formalities to be observed for Validity to prevail.
