    - WORKSHOP - BUSINESS ENGLISH WRITING SAAPI is delighted to invite you to our upcoming workshop presented by YUVEN GOUNDEN COURSE SUMMARY: This workshop provides guidance on how to write proper English in a business environment. The first part includes the mechanics: parts of speech, diction, tenses, vocabulary, and other aspects of language. The second part involves the actual writing process and includes writing reports, letters, e-mails, memos and minutes.     SAAPI has an exciting employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant. The purpose of the SAAPI Administrative Assistant role is to: • Provide administrative assistance to the SAAPI Executive Director in order to achieve the objectives of SAAPI set by the SAAPI President and Executive Committee • Provide support to the SAAPI Members within the scope of this position REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Education: • Office Management Assistant / Administrative Assistant / Office Administration Assistant Diploma or Certificate Knowledge: • Document management principals • Diverse communication platforms • Basic financial management • Meeting management with associated tasks • Proficient technical skills for an office environment • Sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 platform and associated apps Experience: • 2-3 years administrative experience in a corporate environment Applications Close: COB, 30 August 2024 Submit your CV/Application to yolanda@saapi.org.za, or contact Yolanda Peens (0829400265 or yolanda@saapi.org.za) for additional information.
