  • At Trialogue, we believe that corporate social investment (CSI) should drive meaningful developmental impact while enhancing business value. Since 2014, the Trialogue Strategic CSI Award has recognised projects that embody this vision.   This year, we're thrilled to spotlight BritelinkMCT's Head Start programme, the 2024 award winner! The initiative empowers unemployed youth with skills and employment opportunities in the fibre optics industry — demonstrating a remarkable 75% employment absorption rate. Not only does it combat unemployment, but it also strengthens BritelinkMCT’s talent pipeline and operational efficiency.   Read more about the programme's impact: https://lnkd.in/dq7rsFVy

  • The way we give is evolving.   Corporate social investment (CSI) and philanthropy are shifting from short-term solutions to creating long-term, systemic change.   We’ve moved from Charitable CSI (1.0) to Strategic CSI (2.0), and now into the era of Leveraged CSI (3.0). Collaboration, advocacy, and innovations like AI and impact investing are driving this transformation.   Can business and philanthropy work together to redefine giving — and truly make a difference?   Discover more in an insightful article by Trialogue director Cathy Duff, featured in the Independent Philanthropy Association of South Africa (IPASA) 2024 Annual Review of Philanthropy: https://lnkd.in/dGf7Dxmk
