The late Queen Elizabeth II once said…. "To be inspirational you don't have to save lives or win medals. I often draw strength from meeting ordinary people doing extraordinary things: volunteers, carers, community organisers and good neighbours; unsung heroes whose quiet dedication makes them special. They are an inspiration to those who know them." So remember, you never know who is watching and being inspired by you 😊! From humble beginnings in 2016 to now impacting lives across Zambia, Franklin’s journey of charity has been one of dedication and hope. Starting with visits to over 20 orphanages in Lusaka, expanding to the Copperbelt, and now reaching Muchinga Province, his mission has always been clear: empowering girls through access to sanitary pads and sustainable solutions. As the founder of women network hub, they aim to raise 1,000 packs of pads for Kapoko village by 27th December, where over 800 girls are in need. As #EGYD through our Collab4Change initiative, we have donated 2 sewing machines to help two women in Kapoka village make income through sewing whilst producing reusable pads for their community. This way, we are helping to fight menstrual poverty sustainably. Together, we can make a difference! Let's change lives one step at a time. 💕 If you'd like to contribute towards the trip on 27th December, send us a message 😊! On today's spotlight Saturday we appreciate Franklin Nkhowani for the amazing work he is doing 👏🏾👏🏾 Ps let us know of any youth led initiatives that support girls, young women and youth that we can help in 2025 🥳 #spotlightsaturday #C4C #socialimpact #youthempowerment #leadership
