𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗭𝗖𝗔𝗦 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 ZCAS University is currently hosting the Capital Markets Ambassadors Training, a prestigious program that aims to equip selected individuals from across Zambia's provinces with in-depth knowledge of capital markets from 16 to 19 December 2024. Organised by the Securities and Exchange Commission (Zambia) in collaboration with ZCAS University, the four-day training brought together approximately 50 participants from various parts of the country. The comprehensive training module, designed by the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), covered essential aspects of capital markets, empowering participants to become ambassadors of financial literacy and expertise. Through this initiative, the Securities and Exchange Commission and ZCAS University demonstrated their commitment to promoting financial inclusion and capacity-building in Zambia. Upon completion of the training, participants will be assessed by the CISI, marking a significant milestone in their journey towards becoming certified capital markets professionals. This training program is a testament to the collaborative efforts of regulatory bodies, academic institutions, and industry experts in promoting financial education and excellence in Zambia.

While gaining insights that becoming a dispute resolution practitioner is not only for lawyers alone, but all other professionals can attain qualifications. All one needs is a primary professional qualification. The session emphasized the power of prevention through meticulous contract reviews and highlighted the rapidly growing opportunities in public interest specialization. Soft skills like active listening, empathy, and cultural competence were spotlighted as essential tools for effective dispute resolution.
