2 bedrooms, 2 toilets(but only 1 with shower, drainage is bit weak tho) Close to metro and only walking distance to the famous urban river Cheonggyecheon 👍🏿 loads of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and banks in the area! The NoBrand burger really blown our mind, give it a try! All in all its a good deal if ur travelling in big group and there r fridge, microwave, stove if u ever need cooking! The booking also comes with discount coupons at Shinsegae shopping mall.

First time staying here and it’s not going to be the last. It’s a nice and cosy accommodation and it is just a walking distance to subway station and a few attraction places.

Location was excellent. Very near to Cheonggyecheon Stream and City Hall Station making it very convenient to travel to many places. Services were excellent and staff was very nice and helpful. Just that the room space was a bit small for family with lots of luggages. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and will still highly recommend to our friends to stay in this hotel.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location is convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

Locationwise very good, central to subway Cityhall and close to shops and restaurants. Service by reception also very good 👍 However. Disappointed by apartment unit, i feel its style over practicality. The unit is very narrow and does not have a lot of space. Why put in a indoor ‘garden’ over a seating/sofa area in front of the tv? Beds are hard and not very comfortable, the AC unit was not consistent and blowing cold air during sleep. Not a lot of cupboards and no hooks for storage. Family of 4 was struggling with available space which is intended for 6 persons.

My recent stay at UH Suite Central Seoul was nothing short of perfect. Impeccable cleanliness throughout. Despite making this booking months before our trip, the hotel screwed it up and we did not manage to even check in to stay. Arrived at around 2pm after our red-eye flight, we were told that our room was still cleaning and it will be ready at 3pm which is their check in timing. We left our luggages at the lobby and went out to have our lunch. Was back at the hotel around 5pm, they took a long time to pretend to do our check in and afterwhich brought us up to a room that was not what we had booked for. Confronted the staffs and they apologised saying that their system had error and do not have the Family Wood Suite which we had booked for available for us. The hoo-ha drama with the staffs went on for the next 2 hours. It was really disappointing and frustrating. I would never recommend this hotel. Entrance door to the hotel was hardly visible, 1 small lift only, lobby walkway was narrow and squeezy, staffs were dishonest.

The service at the front desk is good. Our families like the stay in this Suit. but beware of the wall if you have small kids,

It's been the best hotel for family trip I've ever visited. The front desk manager offers me every service I needed. Restaurant reservation, tour recommendation, and taxi call etc.… Hotel is located at the center of Seoul. It was a convenient place to move around but the road was full of cars at the night time.

The room is quite big and enough for 7 people to stay and there are cooking and eating utensils for us to cook! The overall experience is so nice!

Big room, not far from the station, easy to walk on the road, no overpass, very clean room.

It was a very clean hotel. The floor was very warm because it was an ondol. The carpet in the hallway was a little dusty, and the sink drainage was poor, so water tended to accumulate in the washbasin. There were two refrigerators, glasses, plates, cooking utensils, and a microwave. Simple cooking was possible. Amenities such as toothpaste, towels, and water were renewed every day. English and Korean were available at check-in, but there were also people who spoke Japanese. The closest train is Exit 4 of Line 1 at City Hall Station (stairs). It's about a 3-5 minute walk to the bus stop. There were many demonstrations because it was close to the main building of the Seoul Metropolitan Council. As a result, taxis could not be dispatched and buses were delayed. Taxi drivers were not familiar with the hotel, so they sometimes refused to let me in. It is possible to walk to Myeongdong (15 minutes), but I think the bus or taxi is the most effective way to get there. There are restaurants nearby, but since it is an office district, many of them are closed on Sundays. To get there from Incheon Airport, take bus no. 6002 and get off at Gwanghwamun. It takes about 7-8 minutes. The photo shows the way to the hotel.
