EV LAB has officially launched the region’s first Electric Mobility Experience Centre in Dubai. The center supports the UAE's Net Zero 2050 goals, offering a space to educate the public on electric vehicles and eco-friendly transportation while promoting the adoption of sustainable practices in the region.

Seventeen leading UAE corporates have signed a declaration to scale up the commercial adoption of electric vehicles, aiming to deploy 20,000 zero-emission vehicles by 2040. The initiative, part of the "Road2.0 powered by UACA" program, is endorsed by the UAE’s Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure and the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment https://lnkd.in/e2DYRj3c

VINFAST has officially launched in the Middle East, marking its entry with an event on Bluewaters Island in Dubai. The launch includes the opening of its first UAE dealership in partnership with Al Tayer Motors, offering models like the VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9. The expansion aims to support the region’s shift toward green mobility, with future dealership openings planned in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain. VinFast also signed an agreement with Charge&Go to establish a public charging network.

Chinese electric vehicle maker Xpeng is further expanding its footprint in the Middle East with the launch of two models in the United Arab Emirates. Xpeng recently teamed up with its UAE partner Ali & Sons Holding LLC to launch the G6 and G9 SUV models in Dubai
