Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: * Source and screen potential candidates through various channels. * Prepare offer letters and employment contracts. * Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training. Employee Relations: * Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. * Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts. * Maintain employee records, including personnel files and performance evaluations. Payroll and Benefits: * Process payroll accurately and timely. * Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies … * Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Laws and Regulations. HR Administration: * Maintain HR databases and systems. * Assist with HR projects and initiatives. Compliance: * Stay updated on Labor Laws and Regulations. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Raising Awareness, Together! We are thrilled to share that Royal Rose Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with Bayti Home Healthcare, organized a meaningful Breast Cancer Awareness session. This event included informative talks and essential check-ups, prioritizing the health and well-being of our community. After the enlightening session, we enjoyed a delightful break filled with delicious pink-themed snacks and drinks, symbolizing our commitment to this important cause. We observed Handwashing Day last 16th October, a crucial reminder of the importance of hand hygiene in maintaining health and safety. We had the pleasure of hosting a session with the team from Diversey, who delivered a valuable presentation on proper handwashing techniques. They highlighted key practices to ensure effective hand hygiene, which is essential in preventing the spread of illnesses.
