We had an amazing time at HYDRO2024 Messe in Graz, connecting with professionals and innovators from all areas of the hydropower industry! It was a fantastic opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss the future of renewable energy. We were particularly excited to present our pumped-storage solutions for small hydropower, alongside innovative applications of hydroturbines in existing infrastructures. Through our presentations, we explored how combining advanced materials with cutting-edge turbine technology can significantly improve efficiency, sustainability, and the overall performance of both new and existing hydropower systems. A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and shared their insights and visions with us!

Throughout this project, we provided comprehensive on-site support and consultancy services to strengthen the country’s energy infrastructure. We have implemented the installation of small-scale hydroelectric plants with varying capacities across different regions, contributing to Azerbaijan's sustainable energy goals. In line with President Ilham Aliyev’s directive to transform the liberated regions into a green energy zone and effectively utilize the hydroelectric potential of the area, investments by #AzerEnergy have enabled the integration of these plants into the central optical fiber network and SCADA system through 24-core fiber optic cable lines. This integration allows efficient monitoring and management of the plants. The turbines, designed by our esteemed client GUGLER Water Turbines GmbH, are key components in achieving high efficiency and reliability across the facilities. On this day - his 195th birthday-, we honor Lester Allan #Pelton, the inventor of the Pelton Turbine, which transformed hydroelectric power. His turbine runner design, inspired by observing inefficiencies in water wheels, maximized energy from high-pressure water jets by splitting them with a uniquely shaped bucket. Pelton’s legacy continues to shape our renewable energy solutions worldwide.
