Vor kurzem durften wir Martin Spitzer in unserer Kanzlei zu einem spannenden und äußerst aufschlussreichen Vortrag zum Thema "Sammelklage 2.0 - Abhilfe, wem Abhilfe gebührt" mit besonderem Fokus auf die kürzlich in Österreich umgesetzte Verbandsklagenrichtlinie begrüßen. Nach einer Einführung von Nikolaus Pitkowitz und einem kurzen Abriss zum status quo von Peter Machherndl hat Martin Spitzer Grundfragen zu den neuen gesetzlichen Regelungen kritisch thematisiert und dabei sowohl Vorteile als auch potenzielle Schwachstellen für Verbraucher und Unternehmen pointiert herausgegriffen. 🌍 Recollections of the Second Annual Armenian International Arbitration Conference: Our Founding Partner and President of #VIAC Nikolaus Pitkowitz was invited to participate as a speaker, alongside leading experts such as Grant Hanessian, Eranuhi Tumanyants, Paul Heath KC, Johannes Koepp, Ani Atanesyan, Catherine A.
