Science Park Graz is a publicly funded institution with the purpose of supporting and promoting the creation of innovative tech-based startups business in Graz and Styria. Science Park Graz is also the home of the ESA Business Incubation Centre in Austria (ESA BIC Austria) and ESA Business Applications Ambassador for Austria (ESA BA Austria). In incubation, and backed up by a network of experts, SPG team supports university graduates, students, researchers and entrepreneurs from all fields by providing professional counselling & coaching, infrastructure and financing during the pre-start-up period. The SPG mentoring programme bundles the expertise incorporated by all Styrian university institutions as well as by successful entrepreneurs in order to equip innovative start-up founders with valuable practical experience along the way to their own companies. As manager of the ESA Business Incubation Centre in Austria, SPG offers the perfect support for entrepreneurs from research centres, universities, space and non-space business seeking to realise their innovative ideas and transfer technologies from space to other areas of the economy. www.esa-bic.at.
