Excited to see the commencement of our clients project, the Jam Factory development has been a long time in the making but if anyone could do it, it’s Tim Gurner and the teams at GURNER™ Group and Qualitas! Congratulations to all involved 🙌
WOOOHOOOO - A true icon reborn - Jam Factory demolition and construction commenced ahead of schedule!! After 10 years of false starts on this incredible site, today was truly momentous to watch demolition begin at the Jam Factory. Since acquiring full ownership of the site with our partners Qualitas just six months ago we have achieved a planning permit, capital raise and finance and today we start the journey towards delivering this $3.75billion, world-class residential, hotel, retail, office and entertainment precinct. Watch this space as we gear up to launch sales of the first tower early next year and deliver a first-of-its-kind design inspired by New York’s most iconic buildings and a ‘luxury mansions in the sky’ level of luxury. https://lnkd.in/g3kU_JSA James Roberts Rachael Harkins Kate Cookes Andrew Schwartz Mark Fischer Henry Vuu Rohan Davis Matthew Cox Alexander Fin Simon John Brugaletta Elle Cowper Evan Cathcart Deborah Wiltshire Michael Paproth

We love delivering great solutions that meet the needs of our clients and customers, whilst also doing the right thing for our planet 🌍. Great partnerships can deliver great outcomes 🙌 Flexicar Hertz Wallbox Chargers CEDAR WOODS PROPERTIES LIMITED Electric Future 🙌. Love your work Brett Crafter 🧡
Electrification of transport in Strata Buildings can take on many forms. As well as individual lot chargers, other options such as the one we have just deployed at CEDAR WOODS PROPERTIES LIMITED Banksia apartments in South Australia, provide accessiblity to EV’s as well as reducing the number of vehicles on the roads. In partnership with Flexicar(Hertz), CEDAR WOODS PROPERTIES LIMITED and Active Utilities the team installed a Wallbox Chargers 60kW Supernova DC to support users always having one of two fully charged Polestar 2’s called ‘Liam’ and ‘Mercury.’ Unique solutions, with great results. Reach out to the team if you would like to know more or if your Strata would like to see how these partnerships work. Thanks to Aleem Murphy, Muhammad Ashraf, Daniel Govier, Brett Crafter #electricfuture #ev #flexicar #active #polestar

Recently Brett Crafter and Jade K. attended the Property Council NSW Annual Retirement Living Forum in Sydney. The Active crew enjoyed an incredible day, bringing together some of the brightest minds and leading experts from across Australia and beyond. The event fostered valuable discussions, knowledge sharing, and provided ample opportunity to build meaningful relationships with industry peers. The session that focused on the Complexities of Ageing, sparked the teams interest. This session tackled the critical issue of how we can best support residents on their care journey. It’s clear that while retirement living communities offer residents a way to age in peace, challenges arise when care needs surpass what the village or community can provide. A huge thank you to speakers Tamara Rasmussen, Lucinda Smith, Garry Walters, Sam Carson, and Natalie Patterson for their insightful contributions to this important conversation. We are looking forward to continuing the conversation and working together to create better, more sustainable solutions for ageing communities. #RetirementLiving #AgingWell #PropertyCouncil #IndustryInsights #CareJourney #RetirementCommunity #Ageing #HealthCare #Activeutilities

Today, 11 November, we mark Remembrance Day, a day to honour and remember the men and women who have served and sacrificed for our country in all wars and conflicts. ❤️ Remembrance Day commemorates the armistice agreement that ended World War I at 11am on the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918. ❤️ The poppy is a symbol of remembrance, inspired by the poem “In Flanders Fields” by Canadian Lieutenant Colonel John McCrae. In Flanders Fields In Flanders fields, the poppies blow Between the crosses, row on row, That mark our place; and in the sky The larks, still bravely singing, fly Scarce heard amid the guns below. We are the Dead. Short days ago We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow, Loved and were loved, and now we lie, In Flanders fields. Take up our quarrel with the foe: To you from failing hands we throw The torch; be yours to hold it high. If ye break faith with us who die We shall not sleep, though poppies grow In Flanders fields.
