The 2023-24 Survey of Trust in Australian public services report is now available. Survey results are used by the APS to guide improvements and put people and business at the centre of policy and services. Did you know? Trust in Australian public services has stayed strong at 58% this year, just like in 2023! Among Australians who’ve accessed services, trust nudged up slightly to 71% in 2024 from 70% last year.
