We'll then focus on the future of food production, with Phil Morle exploring the potential for bio-manufacturing in the food system with Nicolas Castellazzi from Cauldron Ferm and Olympia Yarger from GOTERRA. In true Southstart tradition we'll then head to Chalk Hill Winery, to connect with participants from the other industry summits for more networking, wine and great South Australian food.
