Plant Based Classic Sausages 3. Plant Based Smokey Sausages 4. • 🌱 Cooking Up Kindness with Urban Angels! 🍽️ Recently, our CEO and 3-hatted Chef Alejandro Cancino rolled up his sleeves and headed to Urban Angels Community Kitchen (UACK) by IFYS Limited. He had the pleasure of meeting with Chef Matt and Birgit from the Urban Angels team (talk about a powerhouse of compassion!) to demonstrate how to cook with vEEF, donated by The Aussie Plant Based Co. Urban Angels is more than just a kitchen - it's a beacon of hope and compassion in the Sunshine Coast community. As part of IFYS's Social Enterprises, UACK brings people together to create nutritious, warm meals for those in need with a warm heart. Their impact is astounding, with production exceeding 14,000 meals per month! Who benefits from these acts of kindness? • Schools and students • Families facing financial difficulties • Elderly individuals with limited support • People referred by social workers, psychologists, and healthcare providers • Homeless individuals through the Kawana Hub initiative Seeing our vEEF being used to create nutritious, plant-based meals for the community reaffirms our commitment to sustainable, compassionate food solutions! 💚 Want to get involved? Reach out to Urban Angels at urbanangels@ifys.com.au or call 0457 615 803. • Congratulations, Dr. David Fechner! 🏅 David recently participated in the Bravehearts 777 Marathon, where participants run 7 marathons in 7 days across 7 states to raise funds for Bravehearts, an organisation focused on preventing and treating child sexual abuse. During a conversation with our CEO, Alejandro Cancino, David described the experience as one of the most challenging and rewarding weeks of his life. We commend him for his dedication, and hard work in completing this extraordinary challenge alongside his brilliant fundraising efforts. Through his campaign, David raised a total of $12K, which will provide over 100 trauma-informed counseling sessions for children affected by sexual abuse. We were happy to support David's fundraising by providing vEEF Plant Based Premium Burger Patties for a delicious BBQ he organised with the Give a Fork team, at The The University of Queensland as part of his fundraising efforts. Thanks Jack Adams and Mei Wong from Give a Fork for your fantastic work and connecting us with David! ➡️ To our community: If you have a cause that could benefit from products made by The Aussie Plant Based Co., we are here to help. Reach out to our team and let us assist you in making a difference in the community. 💙

  • Did you know that studies have shown 65% of Gen Z consumers are interested in adopting a more plant-forward diet? This growing interest in plant-based foods among young consumers is impacting market trends and shaping the future of the food industry. 🌱 That's why our BUDS, Laura and Melissa, are at the Bidfood Schools Tradeshow this evening, engaging with school and college canteen managers. The event provides us a great opportunity to discuss how plant-based meats align with current trends, offer great taste and texture, and deliver impressive culinary performance. 💙 A big thank you to Michelle Stanley and the Bidfood Australia Ltd team for providing us with this valuable opportunity to network, gather feedback, and present our foodservice-exclusive brand - Love BUDS - to the school canteen community. #plantbased #LoveBUDS #schools

  • ✨ Today was an inspiring day, collaborating with and presenting to the brilliant culinary educators at TAFE Queensland South Bank campus. ✨ During our session, we explored the dynamic growth of the plant-based category, and our CEO Alejandro Cancino presented our vEEF and Love BUDS ranges with a cooking demonstration. The educators then astounded us with their talent and skill, crafting delectable dishes with our products. It was a rewarding experience, engaging with such an influential group of people who are shaping the future generation of Chefs and our food landscape. We thank Leading Vocational Teacher - John Perraton and the whole Cookery education team at TAFE South Bank for their support, feedback, and collaboration, which will help us continue our commitment to excellence. 👩🍳🍽️
