St Andrew’s Cathedral Chapter House, Sydney - Project Win! Bellcorp Management are excited to announce that we have secured the project management services for St Andrew’s Cathedral Chapter House in Sydney. This project includes the heritage façade remediation of Chapter House and working within a stone’s throw of Sydney town hall and the St Andrews Cathedral, in the heart of Sydney CBD. Originally constructed in 1886, Chapter House holds significant historical value. The remediation works will include extensive sandstone replacement, repointing, re-flashing, and repairs to the magnificent stained-glass windows. This project represents an exciting milestone for Bellcorp, as we contribute to preserving a landmark of immense heritage importance. This project will ensure that St Andrew’s Cathedral Chapter House continues to stand proudly for generations to come. Bellcorp will be assisting WGE Group through the Project Manager and Superintendent role in their early works contract at the No.6 Blast Furnace Reline at BlueScope Steel. The No.6 Blast Furnace Reline at BlueScope Steel is a $1billion project seeking to ensure the continuation of steelmaking within the Illawarra for the next 20 years. St Lucy’s School New Construction is Complete!   Bellcorp is proud to share the successful completion of St Lucy's School new High School facility – The Catherine Centre. This project involved the construction of a state-of-the-art, multi-level facility designed to provide a safe and happy environment for students. The new facility features 12 specialist learning areas with adjacent complimentary learning spaces, along with outdoor interactive spaces, creating an enriching learning environment. Phase 2 of the project is currently underway, focusing on refurbishing existing specialist learning spaces and the administration block to align with the school's pedagogical requirements. Bellcorp Management has provided comprehensive project management services to support all phase of the project including authority approvals, design co-ordination, procurement, and superintendency during construction, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish. One of the key challenges was the careful staging of the construction to minimise disruption to school operations, and we're proud to have played our part in the successful outcomes to date for the students, staff and the broader community at St Lucy's School. Today our High School students had their very first day in our brand-new High School facility – The Catherine Centre. This includes 12 classrooms with adjacent complimentary learning spaces along with a designated Years 7-12 adolescent centred recreational space including trampoline, basketball ‘lay-up’ area and external performance platform.  We are thrilled with the building and all it has to offer for our High School students, and we wish to acknowledge the generous financial support from the NSW Government, our donors and the school community.   A huge thank you also to COWYN Building Group, Stanton Dahl Architects, Bellcorp Management and the St Lucy’s Facilities Team who have worked tirelessly to get this completed in readiness for Term 3.
