Exciting times for our Executive Chef, Brad Casey, who recently had the opportunity to visit the Bindaree Food Group in Inverell, alongside Bidfood Australia Ltd. Located in the beautiful New England region of NSW, the Inverell Processing Facility is a world-class operation. Bindaree’s commitment to delivering the highest quality beef products to customers around the globe was evident throughout the tour. Brad had the chance to see firsthand the paddock-to-plate process in action – where wholesale cuts are carefully processed, prepared, and distributed worldwide. It was an invaluable experience to strengthen our partnership with Bindaree Food Group. A big thank you to Bidfood and the Bindaree team for hosting such an insightful and engaging tour. Last week we held our Health and Aged Care Trade Show at Gipps St Social and what an incredible afternoon it was! It was fantastic to explore new ideas and products with our customers while having the time to really listen and connect. The relaxed setting allowed for meaningful conversations, strengthening relationships and helping us better understand the needs of their businesses.
