Bloompark - Pact PM are pleased to share the recent and highly successful delivery of the Foyer Refurbishment at the celebrated Belvoir St Theatre The project was completed within a streamlined construction period with immovable construction start and finish dates to complement the theatre's recent off-site production at the Carriage Works. The off-site production provided the opportunity to undertake much needed renovations of the foyer space and associated amenities. The success of this project would not have been possible without the collaborative effort of Aaron Beach, the project architect, TKD Architects, and construction partner Fugen Constructions, who pulled out all the stops to complete the works in the extraordinarily tight time-frame and in advance of the theatre’s scheduled new production. The construction of the Sport and Performance Arts Centre Project at St Narsai Assyrian Christian College, Horsley Park commenced in late 2023 and is stage 4 of the 6 staged Masterplan. This facility will be a great addition to the Campus, and supporting the College’s curriculum with construction of two indoor multipurpose sport courts, performance and fitness spaces, administration offices and supporting infrastructure. Bloompark - Pact PM project management of the next stage of ABBOTSLEIGH SCHOOL Masterplan is now well underway, with the appointment of Lipman Pty Ltd to deliver the schools’ new Library, located on their senior campus in Wahroonga. In-ground and excavation works are now complete, and the school is excited to see the new structure rising out of the ground. The new Library is located in the heart of the school campus and will be constructed over three levels. The new facilities include library, teaching and conference spaces, as well as interactive collaboration and social hub areas. Completion of the new Library is expected in early 2025. Congratulations to Trinity Grammar School for the recent completion of the Stage 1 Temporary Village Project at their Summer Hill Campus! Our dedicated team comprised of Shaun Diamond, Joel Tan and Peter Brogan managed the planning and delivery of the project, that was comprised of 11 classrooms and 1 staff facility, split across 2 separate temporary villages located at either ends of the campus. The completion of these high quality, temporary facilities will enable Trinity to proceed with the next stages of the school’s Renewal Project that will feature new T&L, Performing Arts and Multi-Purpose Buildings. We extend our gratitude to Trinity Grammar School for entrusting Bloompark - Pact PM Pact PM to manage this project on their behalf, with special thanks to Tim Bowden, Campbell Dungan, Craig Sandwell and Scott Swann. Congratulations to Trinity Grammar School on the recent completion of Stages 1 & 2 of the five stage Renewal Project in Summer Hill! The dedicated Bloompark - Pact PM Pact project team comprising of Shaun Diamond, Joel Tan and Peter Brogan have meticulously project managed the master planning, SSDA and delivery of the first major part of the project consisting of a new 324-space car park, two premium sporting ovals, new maintenance precinct, and new through-site connections for staff, students and visitors. This paves the way forward for Trinity Grammar School to increase its student enrolment, and implement the next stages comprising of new T&L, Performing Arts and Multi-Purpose Buildings. We are incredibly thankful to Trinity Grammar School for entrusting Bloompark Pact to manage this project on their behalf, specifically to Tim Bowden, Campbell Dungan, Craig Sandwell and Scott Swann. A big shout out goes to Hansen Yuncken and the whole consultant team for their hard work and dedication in achieving this massive milestone.
