  • We're pleased to advise that the next phase of RC drilling has commenced at our Lake Johnston Lithium Project, in Western Australia. The programme has been designed to determine the orientation and thickness of the Medcalf West Prospect, which is defined by a ~1.2km strike of outcropping spodumene-bearing pegmatites that trends to the southwest from the main Medcalf mineralisation. The drilling will also test for strike extensions to the Medcalf West mineralisation, particularly in the area where the Medcalf West and Medcalf mineralised pegmatites potentially intersect. The programme comprises 10 drill-holes for approximately 1,700m, and is expected to take 2 weeks to complete. Charger’s Managing Director, Aidan Platel, commented: “We are pleased to be drilling again at our Lake Johnston Lithium Project now that the seasonal weather conditions and access have improved. We were encouraged by the confirmation of spodumene-bearing pegmatites over a significant strike length at the Medcalf West Prospect during the first phase of drilling, particularly given the close proximity of the Medcalf and Medcalf West Prospects. We look forward to the results of this drill programme to better understand the extent, thickness and orientation of this high-grade lithium mineralisation. We are also pleased to have received drilling approvals for diamond drilling at our large Mt Day lithium prospect and are working towards commencing that drilling early in the new year.” 🗞️Read the full ASX announcement here: https://lnkd.in/gyNG6yAp #CHR #ChargerMetals #drilling #lithium #ASXNews

  • We're pleased to announce we have completed the acquisition of the remaining 30% of the Bynoe Lithium Project in the Northern Territory from Livium Ltd for $500,000 cash consideration. Charger’s Managing Director, Aidan Platel, commented: “Owning 100% of our Bynoe Lithium Project fully leverages Charger and its shareholders to future exploration success from what we believe is the largest underexplored area of the Finniss pegmatite field that is both inside the lithium-prospective structural corridor and within 20km of the spodumene beneficiation plant at Grants. Last quarter, Core Lithium drilled directly along trend from some of our priority target areas. In particular, Core had excellent intersections at Blackbeard of 63m @ 1.67% Li₂O, including 20m @ 2.09% Li₂O, along strike from previous intersections of 71m @ 1.05% Li₂O, 59m @ 1.54% Li₂O and 41m @ 1.63% Li₂O. This high-grade mineralisation trends to the northeast towards our Bynoe Project and is modelled to within 50m of our tenement boundary.” 🗞️Read the full ASX announcement here: https://lnkd.in/g5TqHGDp #CHR #ChargerMetals #acquisition #lithium #ASXNews

  • We are pleased to announce we have exercised our pre-emptive rights to acquire the remaining 30% of the Bynoe Lithium Project in the Northern Territory from Livium Ltd (formerly Lithium Australia Limited) for $500,000 cash consideration. 🚩The exercise of the pre-emptive rights follows a sale agreement signed between Core Lithium Ltd (ASX:CXO) and Livium for Core to acquire the 30%. 🚩Core announced yesterday excellent drill intersections at Blackbeard including 63m @ 1.67% Li₂O along strike from previous intersections of 71m @ 1.05% Li₂O, 59m @ 1.54% Li₂O and 41m @ 1.63% Li₂O. 🚩Core’s high-grade mineralisation at Blackbeard trends northeast towards our Bynoe Project and is modelled to within 50m of our tenement boundary. 🚩Environmental surveys are underway as part of an updated drilling and exploration permit for Bynoe to allow for drill testing of priority targets next field season. Charger’s Managing Director, Aidan Platel, commented: “We are very pleased to move to 100% ownership of our Bynoe Lithium Project. Covering an area of 63km² and with more than 20 prospective lithium targets yet to be drilled tested, we believe it’s the largest underexplored area of the Finniss pegmatite field that is both inside the lithium-prospective structural corridor and within 20km of Core’s spodumene beneficiation plant at Grants. Last quarter, Core was actively drilling directly along trend from some of our priority target areas, such as at their central Blackbeard Prospect as well as regional targets surrounding the Ah Hoy Prospect to the northeast of our Bynoe tenement. In particular, Core announced yesterday excellent intersections at Blackbeard of 63m @ 1.67% Li₂O, including 20m @ 2.09% Li₂O, along strike from previous intersections of 71m @ 1.05% Li₂O, 59m @ 1.54% Li₂O and 41m @ 1.63% Li₂O. This high-grade mineralisation trends to the northeast towards our Bynoe Project and is modelled to within 50m of our tenement boundary. We are currently completing environmental studies and surveys as part of our drill permitting process, and we look forward to drilling our priority targets next dry season.” 🗞️Read the full ASX announcement here: https://lnkd.in/gaipD8cH #CHR #ChargerMetals #lithium #ASXNews

  • Congratulations to our major shareholder and immediate neighbour, Core Lithium, on their excellent drill results from the Blackbeard Prospect at their Finniss Lithium Project, Northern Territory. Today’s announcement included 63m @ 1.67% Li₂O from 166m, including 20m @ 2.09% Li₂O, along strike from previous outstanding results of 71m @ 1.05% Li₂O, 59m @ 1.54% Li₂O and 41m @ 1.63% Li₂O. Excitingly for Charger, this mineralisation is trending directly towards our Bynoe Project, and is within 50m of our tenement boundary to the east. 🔗https://lnkd.in/gif8Zsu7

  • 🚨Lake Johnston Drilling update ⚫️All assay results have been received for the maiden Reverse Circulation (RC) drill programme at the Medcalf West and Mt Gordon Prospects of the Lake Johnston Lithium Project, Western Australia. ⚫️First drill-holes at the Medcalf West Prospect successfully intersected spodumene-bearing pegmatites, including 18m @ 1.46% Li₂O (CLMRC042). ⚫️Next phase of RC drilling expected to commence shortly to test orientation and extensions of Medcalf West and Medcalf spodumene mineralisation, focussing on the area where the two potentially intersect. ⚫️Drilling permits (PoW) have been applied for at the Mt Day Prospect and new priority target areas at the Mt Gordon Prospect, with drilling to commence as soon as approvals are received. Charger’s Managing Director, Aidan Platel, commented: “We were encouraged by the confirmation of spodumene-bearing pegmatites over a significant strike length at the Medcalf West Prospect, particularly given the close proximity of the Medcalf and Medcalf West Prospects. Further drilling is required to better understand the extent, thickness and orientation of this high-grade lithium mineralisation, especially given the significant deformation via folding and faulting events that has occurred in the Medcalf area. With seasonal weather conditions improving, we are preparing for the next phase of drilling at Medcalf and Medcalf West and, subject to finalising the planned programme with RTX, we expect to start that drilling in the coming weeks. We have also applied for drill permits at priority targets at both Mt Gordon and Mt Day, and look forward to drilling those targets as soon as the requisite approvals are received.” 🗞️Read the full ASX announcement here: https://lnkd.in/gnuDzA78 #CHR #ChargerMetals #lithium #WesternAustralia #exploration #ASXNews
