Our focus on Tennant Creek continues to strengthen with several key developments.   We have welcomed Pan African Resources PLC as a new joint venture partner, having acquired Tennant Consolidated Gold Mines for US$54.2M (~A$86M) in cash and shares. This partnership significantly enhances our position in the region.   PAR’s gold plant construction is 80% complete and expected to be commissioned by Q2 CY25. In the past 12 months, we have added approximately 700koz to our mineral resources, with the White Devil resource initially estimated at ~490koz and remaining open for expansion. We are pleased to advise of the successful completion of the 2024 RC drilling program at our White Devil Gold Project in the Tennant Creek region, Northern Territory.   A total of 31 holes (3,050 metres) were drilled out of the planned 35-hole, 3,500-metre program. The rig has paused for the holiday break, with the final four holes set to commence in mid-January 2025. The White Devil Gold Project has a history as a high-grade gold mine, producing over 760,000 ounces of gold at 14.6 g/t. Closed in 1999 due to low gold prices, the mine still contains accessible mineralisation. With current gold prices significantly higher, the potential for renewed success is promising.   High-priority drill holes have been completed, and samples are now at the laboratory for analysis. Emmerson Resources is pleased to announce that it has successfully raised A$5 million through a placement to a number of new strategic investors and existing shareholders. The placement was undertaken at A$0.055 per share, representing a 3.5% discount to the closing market price on Tuesday, 10 December 2024.   The funds raised will be applied in a targeted manner to strengthen Emmerson’s balance sheet and support exploration and development activities. Specifically, the capital will be used for exploration on our 100%-owned Tennant Creek and Lachlan Fold Belt projects, as well as metallurgical and geotechnical studies on the Hermitage Copper project in Tennant Creek. The capital raising also follows the acquisition of our joint venture partner at Tennant Creek by Pan African Resources PLC, a London and South African mid-tier gold producer with a market capitalisation of more than A$1.3 billion. Pan African has an operating track record and financial capacity to develop our joint venture portfolio in a way that optimises returns for all stakeholders.   Our Managing Director Michael Dunbar commented: “We are extremely pleased with the high level of interest from several strategic investors prepared to become substantial shareholders, with holdings above 5% of the Company.
