JUST OPENED | Buckle Café & Distillery & Depot Brewery As the year winds down, we’re raising a toast to the successful transformation of Home HQ Artarmon into a vibrant Hospitality destination. Evolve® is proud to have delivered the refurbishment and construction of these stunning venues, seamlessly blending a cozy café atmosphere with a state-of-the-art brewery and distillery experience. Located in Artarmon’s heritage precinct, the newly unveiled Buckle Café & Distillery and Depot Brewery offer something for everyone—from morning coffees to evening cocktails. With thoughtful design, cutting-edge brewery installations, and meticulous attention to detail, these sister venues are set to become community favourite. FITOUT & REFURBISHMENT MANAGER | QLD: Cian Nunan After years of dedication and hard work at Evolve®, we’re proud to announce that Cian has been promoted to Fitout & Refurbishment Manager QLD. This well-deserved promotion marks a new chapter for both Cian and our commitment to a specialised focus on delivering high-quality fitout and refurbishment projects. Cian’s journey with us has been marked by his relentless drive for excellence, making a lasting impact on our projects and setting the bar high for our standards. Now, as Fitout & Refurbishment Manager, Cian will lead our team to ensure every project not only meets but exceeds our benchmarks for quality and client satisfaction. PROJECT COMPLETION | ADAQ Training Facility & Head Office Evolve® is proud to share the completion of the Australian Dental Association Queensland refurbishment in Bowen Hills. The project updated the existing training facility while modernising ADAQ’s commercial head office. Highlights include a full exterior facelift, extensive remedial works, and the installation of a new lift to improve accessibility to the first floor. Through Early Contractor Involvement, we collaborated closely with MCD Australia, strategically procuring long-lead items—like the lift—during pre-construction to ensure seamless project delivery and maintained momentum. Congratulations to all involved in creating this contemporary space!

RECENTLY AWARDED | Sunday Road Brewing Expansion  We’re thrilled to announce that Evolve® has been selected to deliver the exciting extension project for Sunday Road Brewing! Hidden away in the industrial heart of Kirrawee, Sunday Road Brewing has been a local favourite since 2016, offering that signature "Sunday Feeling" in a relaxed, inviting space. The brewery's high ceilings, exposed brick, ambient lighting, and vintage green décor make it the ideal spot to unwind with a quality brew. Working alongside Sunday Road Brewing, Evolve® will enhance this iconic space with new Taproom and Private Function areas. We’re excited to support the growth of this local gem and can’t wait to bring this vision to life for both loyal patrons and new guests.

CONNECT | Evolve Annual Conference We’ve returned from an unforgettable weekend at Mt Tamborine, where over 50 team members from across the country gathered to celebrate success, share new strategies, and focus on the future. The retreat-style setting gave us the perfect blend of professional growth and team bonding. From inspiring workshops and professional development sessions to our Staff Recognition Awards, we celebrated the incredible contributions that make Evolve thrive. It wasn’t all work! Across the weekend we embraced the great outdoors, tackled high ropes courses, played golf, shared stories around campfires, and capped it off with a long lunch at a local Gin Distillery. The connections forged, the challenges tackled, and the laughs shared embody what makes Evolve more than just a workplace — it’s a team built on collaboration, recognition, and a whole lot of heart.

CONSTRUCTION COMMENCED | Eagle Farm Corporate Park Evolve is excited to commence construction on Eagle Farm Corporate Park, a landmark development set to redefine Brisbane’s commercial and industrial landscape. Located on a prime 1.2-hectare site along Kingsford Smith Drive, this project will deliver over 41 premium office-warehouse units, making it South East Queensland's largest project of its kind, with an impressive 8,600sqm under roof. In collaboration with RIDA CORP Property Group and Sparc Architects, Evolve is crafting a contemporary environment featuring tilt panel construction, sleek architectural design, and abundant glazing to create light-filled, dynamic spaces. This DA-approved development is an exciting new chapter in Brisbane’s growth, and we’re proud to bring it to life. PROJECT AWARD | One Playground Merrylands Evolve® is thrilled to be delivering One Playground’s latest wellness facility, “The Mirage” in Merrylands, Western Sydney. This expansive 3,000 sqm, two-level project sets a new benchmark for fitness spaces with its meticulous design and high-quality finishes. From the textured walls and ambient lighting in each of the 6 specialised studios—offering Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Dance, Strength, HIIT, and Boxing—to the refined strength area equipped with 12 custom squat racks, 22 benches, and over 100 machines, every element has been thoughtfully crafted for a premium experience. The facility also features communal and private recovery spaces, where every detail creates a tranquil environment for members to unwind. As Evolve® continues to execute this project, we’re proud to bring to life a destination within the Mason and Main precinct, that balances striking design with the practicality of a premier fitness facility.

BEAUTY IN THE DETAIL | Bringing new life to 340 Queen St. This project was all about celebrating the past while creating a modern space for today. Evolve® retained and refurbished the stunning timber roof, keeping the character that tells a story from the 1890s. The façade reflects the building’s original design when it was a retail department store, complete with twin deep entrances that now lead to a basement restaurant and a grand, full-height foyer atrium. Every detail was carefully considered – from the naturally ventilated spaces to the addition of a new level. It's a beautiful blend of heritage and modern conveniences.
