Staying true to what we do best, we have developed a range of breakfast burgers, including some mini ones which are perfect for when you’re on-the-go. It’s also hard to go past our exclusive and delicious gluten free potato rostis, which like most of the menu, allows more people to dine with us. Being Melbourne born, we also understand the importance of great coffee. ✨🍔 2024 WRAP 🍔✨ Wrapped up with love, we’ve jam packed 2024 into 5 delicious flavours for you to enjoy: Two zero – we celebrated 20 flippin’ years with over 450 of our legendary restaurant leaders and our Support Office team members at our two-day National Conference 🥳 1439 – we promoted 1,439 team members (and cheered even louder) 🙌 Good vibrations – we served over 24,000 meals to those doing it tough at our City Support dinners and continued our monthly donations to community groups through our Local Matters program Happy appy - Our new Grill’d App won a Good Design Award and is rated 4.9 in the Apple App Store 🏆 The national – we opened our first ever Victorian drive thru at Chaddy Village and first Tassie restaurant in North Hobart, so you can now enjoy Grill’d in every Aussie state and territory 🍔❤️ A huge THANK YOU to all our team members, customers and partners who have made 2024 such an epic year ✨ #lovework #gofurtheratgrilld #grilldburgers #giveback

Meet Jack, our Restaurant Manager at Grill’d North Hobart 👋 Jack’s Grill’d journey began seven years ago when he swapped the UK's fine dining scene for Australia's laid-back vibes. Jumping straight into our team as an Assistant Manager at QV, Jack's energy and drive was instantly contagious. Jack's career progression aligned with his inner traveller and over the years he has made an incredible impact across some of our iconic Melbourne locations, including South Yarra and Flinders Lane. Always one to put his hand up, Jack seized the opportunity to open our first Tassie restaurant and we are so excited to see the impact he and his team will have in the local community For Jack, the best part of working at Grill’d is the people. Having made lifelong friends and mentored countless team members, he loves watching his colleagues grow and turning roles into lasting careers. Some fun facts about Jack: 🍔 Jack's go-to burger: Hot Bird, swap the Sour Cream for Chipotle Mayo. His secret menu hack? Upgrade any grilled chicken burger to an HFC patty – it’s a game-changer in his books. Jack loves to hike just as much as he loves to dive into video games on rainy days 🏔️ His dream Grill’d location? An Airstream parked in Queenstown, New Zealand.
