Project Commencement | We are excited to announce the commencement of the Holy Family Services Nazareth Aged Care Home project in Marayong! This new 60-bed aged care home represents a significant step in providing compassionate and high-quality care for our elderly community. At Grindley, we understand our Clients drivers and are committed to creating spaces that enhance the lives of residents and their families. The sod turn marked the beginning of a journey that will bring together innovative design and skilled craftsmanship. The two-storey complex will house 60 residents, each floor being divided into two houses with no more than 15 residents in each and has been designed to exceed the requirements of the federal government’s new national aged care design principles and guidelines. Project Completion | Earlier this year Grindley completed Stage 1 of the Amity College, Leppington Campus. Through our experience as distressed project experts we completed this project within nine months from commencement on site, having been engaged under our Collaborative Construction Partner method to complete the distressed circa $27M project. Upon engagement, Grindley identified, negotiated and resolved a wide range of subcontractor disputes as well as significant legacy defects caused by the previous builder prior to them going into administration. We thank Amity College and Gran Associates Australia Pty Ltd for their amazing partnership, as well as the wider consultant team. It was an absolute pleasure rescuing you! Commitment | The Outback Car Trek is an annual event that donates the funds it raises each year to The Royal Flying Doctor Service. Since 1990 they have raised in excess of $33,500,000 for the Royal Flying Doctor Service. The Trek is well known as the premier Charity Car Rally in rural Australia. Since 2004, Grindley’s sponsored car has participated in 13 treks for the RFDS and two rallies for Beyond Blue, raising funds for these important causes.
