Exciting Leasing News at 574 St Kilda Road! We are thrilled to announce one of the largest leasing deals on St Kilda Road, with More Telecom and Tangerine taking over 1,180sqm of prime office space! Not only are we welcoming these dynamic businesses to the building, but we've also had the pleasure of designing and constructing their brand-new headquarters. A huge shout-out to Vantage Fitouts for expertly managing all aspects of the project, from the sleek main reception and workspaces on Level 8 to the breakout, wellness, and informal spaces on Level 9, leading out to a stunning rooftop terrace. The Ian Howard Memorial Scholarship program, Sponsored by HOW Group, offers two annual travel scholarships for 3rd-year RMIT Interior Design and Industrial Design students. We’re proud to share highlights from our interview with Mia Peeters, the recipient of the 2023 Scholarship. In this video, Mia reflects on her transformative experience visiting the Milan Furniture Fair and the Actiu factory in Spain. From cutting-edge designs to sustainable manufacturing practices, Mia’s journey gave her a fresh perspective on the global design industry. This scholarship, in partnership with RMIT University, offers students the chance to expand their learning beyond the classroom, providing exposure to the latest design trends, innovative materials, and hands-on industry experience. We selected furniture solutions to meet their evolving needs, delivering a modern, comfortable, and collaborative environment.   The integration of 'Adapt' workstations by HOW, 'World One' task chairs by Humanscale, and will integrated technology from Pro AV Solutions created a workspace that harmonised form and function and perfectly met the dynamic needs of a modern business. Our long-standing partnerships with Vantage Property Investment and ProAV Solutions consistently deliver favorable outcomes for our clients. For the Intellihub project, our friendly relationships and streamlined collaborative approach to the fit-out ensured smooth coordination, which then yielded efficient and high-quality results that exceeded Intellihub's expectations.
