We are excited to share the Minister's official announcement that Recycle Rewards will launch on 1 May 2025. Recycle Rewards will provide Tasmanians with a 10 cent refund for returning eligible drink containers to designated refund points, helping to keep Tasmania beautiful and creating clean streams of recycled materials that will help build our circular economy. TasRecycle is proud to be the appointed Scheme Coordinator of Tasmania's Container Refund Scheme and look forward to partnering with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania (NRE Tas) and TOMRA Cleanaway Tasmania to deliver the scheme for Tasmanians. We've been working hard behind the scenes, follow us on LinkedIn for more updates as we approach 1 May!
