McDonald Jones is proud to extend our sponsorship of the Newcastle Knights.   This contract extension represents a decade of support for a football club which is at the heart of the Hunter community and one we are delighted to partner with.   During our 10 years of supporting the Newcastle Knights we have built over 5,000 new homes across Newcastle and the Hunter, which means approximately 11,700 people live in a McDonald Jones home.     We are proud of our home made Hunter heritage just like the Newcastle Knights and their home made heroes.   Our partnership with the Knights has gone from strength to strength over the past 10 years. It’s fantastic to see record Knights membership and we look forward to plenty of sellout crowds at McDonald Jones stadium again this year.   This contract extension will see us through to the end of 2027 season and we hope during that time we see a premiership victory back in our home town.  https://lnkd.in/gnCdvBPi

As we farewelled 2024, our NSW team came together to enjoy an amazing night and to celebrate some incredible achievements in the biggest home in the Hunter, McDonald Jones Stadium. Our entire team from all regions across the state and the ACT enjoyed an evening filled with laughter, joy, recognition and to celebrate how we are ‘better together’. From heartfelt messages, pulsating music and some interesting dance moves, our team celebrated what makes us unique: our people. Events like this celebrate the contribution, collaboration and spirit that runs through our business, and it is a wonderful opportunity for us to recognise everyone's efforts, hard work and passion as we build and deliver new homes and provide a life-changing experience for our customers. 2025 is now off to a flyer, and we're excited about what lies ahead. On behalf of the NSW Executive Leadership and NEX Senior Management Teams, a sincere thank you and appreciation for everything you do. The commitment and passion of our team, partners and suppliers help transform our customers' lives for the better, and this sets us apart. Another exciting year awaits, and the possibilities inspire us. Let's continue to challenge the status quo and to believe in better.

Wrapping up another year here at McDonald Jones Homes, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on all that we’ve achieved in 2024!   🏠 Opened 9 stunning new display homes 📆 Hosted Black Friday VIP events across the state 🏆 Nominated for 7 HIA awards 🥇 We won HIA Display home of the year in Sydney for our Grandeur display at Homeworld Box Hill and Hunter display home $700,000 - $800,000 for our new Saxonvale at Homeworld Warnervale. We continued our support for the Newcastle Knights NRL team, Lambton Jaffas soccer team, Newcastle Falcons Basketball, Mid North Coast surf lifesaving club, Port Kembla Dolphins. A big highlight for us this year was being able to partner with Westpac rescue helicopter to build a house worth over $1,000,000 and donate all the profits to their cause.   We want to thank our team for their hard work throughout this entire year! The McDonald Jones team couldn’t have achieved this without you! We can’t wait to keep things moving in 2025!
