A couple of weeks ago, we hosted Flight Centre Business Travel - Australia for their client end of year event at our very own Pretty Boy Bar & Restaurant. They requested a sit down lunch to celebrate the end of a successful year and to show gratitude to their clients. Our Director of Food & Beverage Darren Lauder made an amazing sustainable centerpiece made of lettuce and edible flowers to surprise our clients as start their experience with a high note. The afternoon was filled with delicious food, drinks and even raffles for their clients to win prizes including a few 1-night stays in Novotel & Ibis Melbourne Central! Last week, we said goodbye to our Director of Food & Beverage Darren Lauder! As Darren departs, we just wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude to him and all that he has done for this hotel.
