We’re excited to share our latest make-good project for Meat 2 Please in Mordialloc, where we transformed a dated facility into a top-notch meat production and storage facility! Here’s a glimpse at what we delivered: 🔹 Complete demolition to prepare for the new design and build of the facility. 🔹 Installation of insulated refrigeration panels for ceilings and internal walls, ensuring temperature control in all warehouse areas (Production, Chiller, and Freezer). 🔹 Advanced mechanical systems to keep all rooms at their ideal temperatures. 🔹 Food-grade flooring for all production spaces. 🔹 A full upgrade to the office, kitchen, and bathroom amenities for a modern, functional space. Last week, our team at Dexion Victoria and National Make Good Solutions hit the track at LeMans for an epic team-building adventure! 🚀 We raced go-karts, played laser tag, and had a blast bonding and enjoying some friendly competition. These fun moments away from the office are key to building a positive, productive team environment. It was fantastic to see everyone come together, cheering each other on and sharing lots of laughs. National Make Good Solutions completed a project for Krehalon that included office and warehouse renovations, such as partition removal, replacing flooring, painting, and cleaning. The scope also involved repairing roof sections, servicing roller doors, and thoroughly cleaning both the interior and exterior of the premises. Key to this project from a make good perspective was to remove the cool room structures within the warehouse to ensure it was handed back as an open space that will allow flexibility for the landlord in future leasing opportunities. The job was executed efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high-quality result. Following the recent successful installation of their pallet racking, https://lnkd.in/gUQK4-Xu have now completed a comprehensive 'make good' project for the same client, enabling them to occupy their new premises. As a single-source provider, and a one stop shop, we offer a range of services, catering to diverse client needs and preferences, making it an easy and smooth transition for the client. National Make Good Solutions recently finished this make good project, which included a complete interior and exterior commercial repaint. All this took place while removing the pallet racking, core drilling all bolts holes and completing hardstand concrete repairs as well as cladding replacement to damaged areas to help bring the building back to its pre lease condition. Additionally, the project scope encompassed car park line marking, internal line marking removal, and the application of epoxy coating to the forklift charging areas, ensuring a refreshed and revitalized space. All works were completed safely around the outgoing tenants exit movements to ensure timeframes for all parties were met. Leader, Australia's top computer manufacturer, recently completed a full site Make Good project with National Make Good Solutions. What started as a demolition project to clear an old bakery site in Clayton South, Victoria, progressed to a full site re-build of the warehouse component. The decision was made to modernize facilities and maximize floor space by demolishing the warehouse, retaining the office structure, and constructing a new warehouse with additional clearance for enhanced vertical storage. This doubled the storage capacity in the same footprint, and a new slab was poured to ensure higher storage systems' load ratings could be achieved. All of this was occurring in conjunction with the office refurbishments to ensure both the Leader Computers office and warehouse teams could utilize their new facilities as quickly as possible.
