Being part of a team and a sporting club becomes the community you never knew you needed and creates lifelong friendships that transcend generations. Sport calls people in different ways, on and off the pitch, play or can’t play, coach, cheer, cook, manage, drive, nurture, donate; - the ways to become involved are endless and only limited by your time. Here is one of those stories. Ian is the dad of Susan, a rebel team member. When Susan shared this story, it was with such pride and emotion that we knew we wanted to tell it. We know that this is just one of many stories that is playing out across Australia every day and every weekend.
