As we turn the final page of 2024, we're celebrating a year of meaningful milestones – from the topping out at Seafarers and breaking ground at Seafarers Rest Park, to opening the Northern Private Hospital, launching the New Epping Health Hub, and achieving 6-Star Green Star Communities accreditation at New Epping. We welcomed our first graduate program, continued major upgrade works to enhance our asset portfolio, and strengthened our community bonds through Impact at Riverlee. Beyond the milestones, it's the daily moments of collaboration, creativity, and fun with our Riverlee team that have made 2024 unforgettable. We couldn’t have achieved everything without you! We partnered with Friendly to deliver engaging sustainability initiatives across our property portfolio, hosting interactive recycling-awareness activities at both 179 Queen Street, Melbourne and 369 Royal Parade, Parkville. Our tenant communities participated in educational games designed to enhance recycling knowledge and foster meaningful discussions about sustainability practices in the workplace. The enthusiasm and engagement from all participants demonstrated our collective commitment to environmental stewardship.
