We are thrilled to share Sanctuary's construction progress over the past couple of months. In our second stage Laguna and Glade, we have started removing the external scaffolding, revealing the stunning design of the buildings. Inside the apartments, walls have been framed and installed across all levels and joinery installation is underway. In our third stage Willow, both tower cranes are now in place and the foundation work is complete. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the team and partners for their hard work and dedication so far. Parkview Constructions TURNER STUDIO https://lnkd.in/gz6CppEP

At Sekisui House, our communities blend homes and environments to create a harmonious connection between people and nature, inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Satoyama. We bring this vision to life by incorporating green spaces, communal gardens, and natural landscapes into our apartment developments. Whether it’s lush private gardens or serene waterfront views, we prioritise nature, innovation and community, fostering spaces that restore the balance between humans and the environment. https://lnkd.in/gmvxPn3C #nature #satoyama #community #development #apartments

We're excited to share that Melrose Park Village has made significant progress reaching a major milestone by topping out all six buildings in this stage of the project. Positioned in the northern precinct of the masterplan, buyers have been attracted to its convenient location and internal resident's park, with over 93% of the stage now sold. The team has been hard at work and we’re excited to reveal the stunning external design as brickwork and glazing are completed. In other exciting news, three prototype apartments have now been completed and will be available for viewing next month. This will give buyers a first-hand look at a finished and fully furnished apartment.

We were thrilled to welcome Sue Williams of Domain and the The Sydney Morning Herald to our Ingleburn factory—the heart of Sekisui House Australia’s homebuilding operations. The article showcases how our precision-engineered homes are not only faster to build but also more sustainable, providing a smart solution to Australia’s growing housing needs. Sue described her visit as an "eye-opening look into the precision and care that goes into every SHAWOOD Australia home." https://lnkd.in/gdufgXQA #HomeBuilding #SekisuiHouseAustralia #News #Construction #sustainablebuild

Sekisui House Australia partnered with the Property Industry Foundation to donate much-needed laptops to Please Stay Foundation, the girls refuge, St. Laurence House and The Salvation Army Australia’s Oasis Youth Crisis Accommodation Centre on Crown Street. We are proud to have given a second life to these machines whilst giving back to the community by supporting these inspiring foundations. We encourage others looking to give back to the community to enquire with the Property Industry Foundation to see how you can help support. Thank you to all those who have allowed this support to continue! Jessica Pollard Penny Kaleta

This year marks a significant milestone for Sekisui House as we celebrate 15 years of building the next generation of communities in Australia. Since our expansion into the Australian market in 2009, we have developed over 13,000 homes and residences across NSW and QLD, consisting of 27 masterplanned communities either already completed or in the pipeline. We are incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished as a team in the last decade and a half and are grateful for the trust families have placed in us to build spaces that resonate with the Australian way of life while staying true to our Japanese heritage, core principles, and innovative approach to design and development. With projects currently valued at over $17 billion in Australia, we look forward to many more years of building sustainable and long-lasting communities that improve with time and last for generations to come. https://lnkd.in/gHNWn-FN #15yearsinAustralia #sekisuihouseaustralia #sekisuihouse
