WHERE BUSINESS MEETS BOUTIQUE VIBES | GPT Space&Co at 181 William Street is Melbourne’s newest flexible meeting hub, bringing the ambience of a boutique hotel to the CBD. #NDYLIGHT provided the lighting solutions to create a warm, adaptable setting that suits any occasion, from focused work sessions to lively social gatherings. Connected to Bourke Street by a sleek new lobby and an internal staircase leading to a mezzanine concierge, this space offers it all: versatile meeting rooms, spacious boardrooms, large conference areas, intimate focus rooms, comfortable lounge spots and open pre-function environments. Partnering closely with BVN Architecture, our team designed lighting that combines flexibility and atmosphere, adapting to each space’s distinct needs. The lighting sets the tone for everything from day-to-day use and premium AV setups to conferences, dining and evening events. Artro Management are excited to announce the DA approval of our latest high quality boutique residential development in Nelson Bay ! This incredible design of 17 penthouse apartments just a few steps from the pristine beaches and shoreline of Port Stephens was highly applauded by both Council and the Urban Design Review Panel as it sets a design benchmark for future residential developments in the local area. The team worked hard to achieve a high standard in design and amenity for this development and this was reflected in the 10 month timeline from lodgement to approval of this DA. NEUTRAL BAY DA LODGED AND REZONING APPROVED !! Woolworths Group are thrilled to announce that our Neutral Bay development achieved a significant milestone Rezoning Approval in October 2024 with overwhelming support from the Sydney North Regional Planning Panel. Within days of the rezoning approval, we lodged a Development Application to redevelop the existing Neutral Bay Village shopping centre into a 6-8 storey fully integrated mixed use development  📜 The DA submission will be transformative for the broader Neutral Bay Town Centre by creating a 24/7  active precinct combining 70 residential apartments, a 3850m2  premium supermarket, 1,350m2 retail / dining precinct, and 2,400m2 medical /commercial facilities centred around a 1,100m2 public plaza 🏢 70 luxurious residential apartments  will benefit from expansive city,  water and district views.
