Through AWESOME mentorship, hands-on training and experiential learning - our participants gain the “𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨” required to take on leadership roles with confidence 🙌   In this program, we tackle essential topics like 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 and 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬-𝙝𝙤𝙬: all the good stuff that builds a solid trajectory for success as a Director of Service.   We’ve recently completed our pilot program and will formally launch our first intake in early 2025 🥳 We’re thrilled to share that 100% of our INCREDIBLE pilot participants felt that the training was useful in helping them feel ‘𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮’ 🤩   A workplace where you 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙙, 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚𝙙 and given room to 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬 is what everyone deserves.
