About us
The Lift Project (www.theliftproject.global) is an evidence-based mental health and wellbeing program that is having a large-scale impact globally. The Lift Project, created by Professor Darren Morton (Avondale University, NSW, Australia), is a unique mental health self-management program that has attracted tens of thousands of participants from numerous countries. Numerous studies have demonstrated that the program significantly reduces depressive symptoms, anxiety and stress, while significantly improving positive attributes of metal health such as vitality/energy and satisfaction with life. The Lift Project is achieving excellent outcomes when utilised by large organisations and communities for the benefit of their patients, members or employees.
