Horticulture | We love looking after Civic Park for the City of Tea Tree Gully and we’re especially enjoying making sure it looks great for Monday’s big Touch A Truck event. The free annual council school holiday event will be held this Monday (10am to 3pm). It is a much-anticipated occasion and features all sorts of vehicles for kids to climb upon. On this site, our works include mowing, verti-draining, aerovating, top dressing, fertilising and spraying. Environmental | To maintain sensitive environments, you need a team that knows the job and has a passion for biodiversity. Urbans’ Environmental team has been conducting programmed maintenance for the City of Playford at Munno Para Wetlands. The work includes site inspections, recording and monitoring the wetland system’s health, including abundance of wildlife and species sighted, and implementing appropriate management plans. On ground works include rubbish removal, targeted weed control via spot spraying, woody weed treatment and removal, brush cutting and mowing, algaecide treatment programs and pest fauna species management. These works maintain a healthy ecosystem within the wetland environment, supporting council’s environmental water retention and usage goals. Let us manage your natural environments. Safety Culture | Data demonstrates that approximately 3,000 Australians take their lives each year and 87% of people who die from suicide have a diagnosable mental illness at the time of death. Horticulture | Gather Round has arrived and we were delighted to help ensure the scene was set by freshening up the Riverbank Precinct ahead of thousands of AFL footy fans utilising the Adelaide Oval footbridge. The spruce up included irrigation maintenance, planting and mulching.
