We are beyond proud to announce that Niall Mulgrew, one of our talented mixologists here at Living Room Bar, has been crowned the winner of Marriott International's APEC Sustainable Bartender 2024 competition! Competing against more than 500 talented mixologists from across the APEC region, Niall joined Chew Qing Ting from JW Marriott Singapore and Gerard Angelo Dela Cruz from Manila Marriott Hotel in the Grand Finals in Singapore. His winning creation, Pot of Gold, wowed the judges with its innovative use of Queensland’s iconic Gold pineapple – using every part of the fruit to craft a cocktail that’s as sustainable as it is delicious🍍 At Living Room Bar, we take pride in having world-class mixologists who share our passion for creativity, sustainability and showcasing the best of local flavours.
